    Thank you for doing this series! I thoroughly enjoyed doing this with you. I can actually turn my head from side to side now. For 2024, I want to take my health back through eating better and moving more. My first nutrition goal will be to lose 10 pounds before my doctor appointment in February. I want my numbers to look good so she can’t fuss at me 😂. I will be reducing my sugar intake and cutting out wheat. I have eoe and a strong suspicion that wheat is adding to that. I want to keep up the stretches every day and also exercise by walking and keeping up my hip exercises from physical therapy. Thank you for the birthday wishes! Happy new year 🎆!
