She may have spoken about this before, but using “SMART” goals is a great way to set doable goals that you can know if you achieved them or not. It stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. An example would be, “By the end of this year, I will have myself regularly waking up and out of bed at 8 am or earlier at least 6 out of 7 days of the week.” Hope this helps! I’m a therapist and we use these for setting client goals but I use them in my personal life too!:)

Recommendation for the cooking part, go to a cooking class if you can afford it. I’m in Florida and my grocery store Publix offers them. It’s a great friend date too.

A Court of Thrones and Roses is SO good. I’m currently on the third book and the plot is just amazing (I love the romance in it!). I feel like it’s a good mix of romance and action, so it’s def one of my fav series

for the cooking/meal kit i’ve seen these bags in the refrigerated section at target that have all of the ingredients together and i believe they have all of the preparation instructions included as well! i’m not sure if they have them at every store but they seem super fun and helpful!!

One way to make sure you read consistently, and find the motivation to pick up a new book is to start a series, even if it’s only three books, so when you finish one book, you wanna jump into the next one.
