i do a quarterly goals/tasks list, with possible evaluations in between so it is not set for the whole year as it is but can be adapted. i also have separate lists for private tasks, work tasks, and educational tasks. it served me well so far

What were the plot twists from this year that I could not have expected on December 31st 2022? List your happy moments. List accomplishments (big and small (I'm proud of you sweetheart)). Review different areas of your life (e.g school, work, romance, finances, friends etc) and how they went - what might you want to do differently next year? Happy new year all! Hope everything goes in your favour
I'm in grade 8 and I set goals for the whole year. Like first of all I "exercises" like the wheel of life, a life Audit, etc. to reflect the last year and to know in which things I want to be better. Then I set the normal goal e.g. In 2024 I'll go to gym 3 times a week (not my goal, just an example). But that's not all. It's Important to break down the goal into small things for a week or a day. Then it doesn't seem so big anymore. But all in all I love to just say things like "I want to go to the gym regular" because that is more achievable for me. There are always busy weeks in which you just don't have enough time to do things three times a week so regular can mean for me in one week 3×, the next 1× and again the next week 5×. Just more often than in the last year. Another tip: Write down what to do to achieve this goal. Then it's easier to really do it for a year. I achieve a lot of my goals with this strategic. Not every single one but the most. I hope I could help anyone outside there!💓
