Zombies in exosuits was honestly a pretty damn cool idea
Scary as hell I'd tell you, seeing that shit flying towards you was something I would've said " hell no" to.
Yeah it gets a lot of hate and is regarded as one of the worst zombies mode but I liked it, it was something new and refreshing
Its atlas for some reason released maticore one for turning everyone to dead and one to exo zombies and there using those four characters to fight the outbreak

Especially when they have no idea how to use it. Just zombies throwing themselves at you like a bullet.
One thing that i love is that exo zombies actually focuses on how it starts. Also i have a headcanon that exo zombies takes place in an alternate timeline when gideon and mitchell fail to stop the manticore missle. Something in the manticore production went wrong and turned them into zombies
Actually, if my memory serves me right, Irons did note that the Manticore bio weapon did have a unintended side effect of reanimating dead tissues, or something like that.

But Gideon was in the first cutscene, and he's wearing an atlas uniform instead of a sentinel outfit, so in my theory they developed manticore before Mitchell even joined ATLAS.
The strongest army in the whole world perhaps Atlas, lost to some zombies and used the most worst strategy that was ever made such as make a wall vs a tsunami of zombies, the freaking janitor fights better than all of these soldiers lol

JustBurb With something like military training, you may forget you were part of the military but you won’t forget what you do. The military drills so many things i to you and makes you repeat those things over and over to make it almost second nature when you actually need to use those skills.

This was actually the first Zombies since WaW that geniually gave me a horror vibe. I loved the feel of a dark, futuristic zombies setting. Also maybe because the story didn’t have any magic, it takes place after the campaign, in survival, Altas dropped one of their manticore bombs which turned the enemy into zombies by mistake. It didn’t have the weird aliens like Treyarch or the stupid mythical shit WW2 had.

Fr fr, it gave me those vibes that no CoD Zombies ever gave. Especially when my brother becomes a Zombie because i didnt pick up the dog tag in time (atleast that's what i think) And when you're jumping around with a million Zombies, haha! I had so much fun with AW Zombies with my brother. Fun times... OH! I remember when we get jelous when one of us gets the Shotgun looking gun, i think it's called Cel 3 something..

My guess is in a different universe, Geidon, Micheal, and Ilona did not receive the message that Hades give them and were still with Atles, and Irons was able to launch manticore, they thought it'll end the war but instead they made zombies that were able to use exosuits to infect others, if you think of it, Geidon was part of Atles still when the virus happened and got infected by it
WW2 zombies and EXO zombies had me shiting myself back then by far the most scariest zombies for me
Yeah worse for me as I'd saved my ammo and used the shovel melee weapon to fight the zombies when there was a full hoard of them.

I never did get around to playing Exo zombies but one thing I love about these is the fact that they always have 1 storyline of big name actors. That’s my favorite part. I’m just waiting on a Katana wielding, smart mouthed Ryan Reynolds
This was awesome, the only game I've felt fear playing, zombies needs to be scary. Like we're fighting the good fight, but it seems hopeless. That's scary.

For Sledgehammers first attempt it was really fucking good new take and it was original not just some WW2 zombies it was fresh and highly underrated at the time
One thing I’ll never get about AW. This game was made, and everyone hated it. Then treyarch goes and makes a game that’s nearly identical in mechanics and gameplay, and it’s praised as the best ever.

Being a high-functioning autistic, I tend to develope an overwhelming addiction to certain media. Zombies just happen to be one of those media. Even "bad" zombie media(whether critically, or genuinely), are some of my favorite things.
