Fuck a seat in F1. WEC is his place. Hope he does well in this category.
He is actually in a worse seat in motorsport now then he was in F1.. now has even less chance to be successful in WEC by driving for Alpine. Domino's effect sometimes in motorsport.. also his goal is to be f1 champion like his dad, so your weird opinion doesn't help him

@@kpcart I am fairly sure that is the goal for most hypercar drivers really. Does not mean it is achievable. Also Alpine may not be top tier but then let's face it - atm only Toyota, Ferrari and Porsche are really top 10. And also when picking drivers teams look at multiple things and not just that currently candidate drives for Alpine. There are also drivers that are now driving hypercars for either Porsche or Ferrari and a few years ago they were just average GTE or LMP2 drivers.

The Schumacher name doesn't require you to be successful in F1. It just requires you to be successful on four wheels.
And from what I've read, Mick is doing pretty okay in achieving that in the WEC.

F1: single-turbo 1.6-litre V6, with MGU-H and own whole hybrid system

Alpine needs to give these things in both cars to the fastest drivers. So in 36 Mick in 35 Habsburg. Please alpine media member if you watch this speak with your bosses about that.
when i see drivers in F1 like stroll, tusonoda , zhou , ocon , logan and many low tier drivers have a guaranteed seat in F1 and Mick is out , it makes my blood boil

Imola was different for Alpine, an incomprehensible red flag in quali who trap both Alpine at the outside of top 10 and a crash at T1 at the start of the race.
In Qatar for their first race they did a top 10
