Dad had one of those cards to where we got all the satellite channels including pay-per-views. I would go home after work, during highschool, and rewatch the rerun of the pay-per-views. Also I remember using the old VCR to tape raw or SmackDown if I was at work. The late '90s and early 2000s was so entertaining. I would also take my tapes to Grandpa and let him watch Raw since he didn't have cable.

Yep, people only complain that it is staged. Yet they don't know what it takes to perform what they do.
It's still dangerous as hell. They are like actors that are doing their stunts on their own. But a different multiple minutes or hours of continues stunts, multiple times a week, always a different set...
They have to memorize all the moves and be in the best physical form a human being can be at the same time. It's insane!

This channel has turned into a better, modern version of that old masked wrestler series back in the day. Giving new insights which are fun to see from someone who has watched wrestling for about 4 decades. Future secrets? Maybe similar to the chair on the floor breakdown how some moves are done as safely as possible while looking absolutely devastating to the crowd. Thinking things like V triggers, Toni Storms cheek attack, things where it looks like the persons head is being crushed and they should be concussed but are seemingly fine.

As for "hip attacks," I actually just saw how they are done, on Dynamite this past Wednesday. When Toni runs into Skye on the outside, she crashes into the guard rail with her shoulders and there's an obvious reaction from her in that moment. Thought maybe this was just because it was an outside spot, but later in the match when she does it back in the ring, she has the exact same form to it. So they're essentially throwing their shoulders into the top turnbuckle, and butt and hips into the middle, then the person taking the move just has to sell properly, so they don't actually take that impact.

Maven is such a breath of fresh air. He does a few things that others do not do
    1. Explains in details from the wrestlers perspective what goes on in the ring
    2. Very well spoken without the BS.
    3. And my favorite part, he responds to his fans on his UA-cam channel, One of the few that i seen do some interaction with fans on UA-cam.
It really made me wish i was more of a Maven fan when Maven was in the WWE, But i will blame WWE writing and not Maven for that.

Honestly, your videos are too cool and I already knew some of your inputs before, but it’s great to see a guy like you confirming it from a first-person view.
So now here’s my question to you. If you where an active performer right now, where would you sign a contract? AEW or WWE? Where’s the place where the real big boys play nowadays?
And again, thanks for your videos, please keep on going with that, really appreciate it. Send you lots of respect from Switzerland.

Might I suggest a video topic for the future, fantasy booking wrestlers who appeared in the wrong era. Yeah. The world is Evolving however. I can tell you from just experiencing 90s wrestling that us fans gave a crap about nothing except who Austin was gonna Stun, Vince was gonna Fire, Mick foley Shoving Socko down people’s throats, and if anyone smelled what the Rock was cooking. But today’s fans are die hard fans and are also much more brighter and care about the ins and outs of the business. We all knew Kane was a really good guy behind the mask Y’know. Also you want to know about the wrestlers you’re cheering on. This has changed since the Chris situation.
