She recorded a conversation where she used their kid as a bargaining chip, really sick stuff.
So in his defense he was drunk and very emotionally upset at the time he said those things.
When your drunk that’s when the real shit comes out though, all of those things he said didn’t just appear out of nowhere, he obviously had some bigoted views before
You have the facts wrong. He's only been married once to Robin. And Robin didn't record phone calls. He wasn't married to the woman that you say did this. Oksana Grigorieva wasn't married to him. She is the one that recorded his phone calls because Gibson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge after he knocked her tooth out in a fight.
@@TELEVISIONARCHIVES he shoulda knocked her soul out of her body.
@@MC-yq6us That's not how alcohol works. You don't just lose your filter. If someone said the N-word to you a hundred times, you might get drunk and just say it. He probably read the stuff he said while doing research for The Passion and he probably had to look at the argument from all sides. That is what a good artist or director does. So, yes, that stuff was honestly in his head. Do you really think that he hates all Jews? I doubt it.
Mel shouldn't of been ashamed he is right
Automatic thumbs up for that Qwel sound clip in the beginning
There's a time & place for that kind of interview. A short interview done over Skype or whatever on a morning show isn't the interview when you bring up controversys from half a decade ago.
Hey man, I just wanted to let you know that I love the work you're doing, and I really appreciate that you actually listen to your fans.
Keep up the great work!
He went to prison for sexual assault lol. Still in there
Bill, you f#$@king killing me.
"I feel like I'm visiting an old friend" meaning he's seen this before. Is he kidding? Isn't every hollywood movie an "old friend" in that regard?
@Anthony Ramsey 2 year old comment dude lmfao, and he's right nothing is original anymore
@Anthony Ramsey dito
@Anthony Ramsey you're dumb, I mock you
Dude, this has more than a million views. Congratulations, man.
The arsehole & eye brow raise at the end is comedy genius.
“The Jews, however, are beyond all doubt the strongest, toughest, and purest race now living in Europe.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
Fuck off mate 😂
LMFAO 😂
No wonder you get insane
"No race thing!" Haha, I fucking love Larry!
Bill is spot on as usual.
What Mel Gibson said in a moment of drunken sincerity is something everyone knows but is afraid to say.
“To determine who rules over you, look to the ones you’re not allowed to criticize.”
-Voltaire
... religion and the trump administration?
Thumbs up to "drunken sincerity." Thumbs down to Voltaire.
Mel Gibson is a hero for telling the truth. Like Assange and Sonwden
AK 74 thank you, also in the bible it says that the jews are Gods chosen people. If you hate them you are cursing yourself. Also the United States has consistently helped Israel and look how suceessful we have been.
Mel's based! His mistake was getting caught telling the truth. Then he was punished for his thought crimes.
@@melvinhernandez5021 The bible also talks about imposters. They're the money changers jesus threw out of the temple, don't be fooled by the fakers. They set up private central banks in every country in the west, that's usury. They're not God's chosen people.
M. Rathbone no he was not telling the truth, he was stating his opinion. I agree that he should not have gotten in trouble for it. But he was not talking the truth.
M. Rathbone you dont read
The bibel apperantly, you are
The faker. In the bible it states so many times that Israel is God village or people chosen. They have not believed in Jesus as their Messiah but soon as Revelations says God will do miracles for them when they fight against strong nations that hate them.
They will win and see the glory of the
All mighty.
Please read the bible and let the Holy Spirit guide you
The fact that you play typical cats as the intro song and this is a bill burr vid is just to cool
I’m loving “secondofly”
He was drinking and just finished"Passion of the Christ." On top of that he'd been dealing with Hollywood producers for 40 plus years; cut the guy some slack.
@Verre Bois
You know... Judaism is a religion, not a race, right?
Lol I thought Bill Burr was getting all sophisticated and was in a interview Mel Gibson
love how u added the Curb clips lmao
The editing of this video is impeccable!
What's the intro song?
Ps: Great job on these clips! Keep it up!
Typical Cats - Cliche.... and if you like that just download Qwel's first album "If It Ain't Been In The Pawn Shop, Then It Can't Play The Blues" ... I can't really put in words my love for that album, so just check it out ... Chicago Barbeque ;)
Thanks, bud!
MrIlleism hands down. Dashboard confessional
Please also tell him that this underground music is from early 2000's ish... Qwazaar is mah dude.
typical cats..... dope
Mel made braveheart, he can say and do what ever he wants.
I wanna see another Mad Max movie with Mel Gibson.
"And secondofly" was the funniest part.
The guys eyebrow raise after getting called an asshole is a classic 😲
This never showed up in my sub box?!
Surprise surprise...
Taigher Oni it didn't show up in mine either what the fuck
Taigher Oni Same here. allenpalin slipped this in like a pinky in the prune chute.
Mel's personal opinions are none of our business....
Whether he makes great movies or not is... Mel makes great movies....
why you cut off this part when Mel asks "you have a dog in this fight?"
Oh man! Flashback. Didn‘t listen to Typical Cats in a long time
Typical Cats in the intro! I see you, Allen, and your dope taste in hiphop.
To find out who rules over you, buy Mel Gibson a drink. Voltaire LOL
I've said worse things in the last 9 years.
#CancelCancelPeterAnon
They continue to show, with their behavior, that what Mel said was absolutely true.
When marlon brando simply made the observation that the “jews run hollywood,” SIMPLY NOTICED this fact out loud as an aside while making a point in an interview, he had to fucking go apologize to some rabbis in order to work again. I am not even kidding!
Yooooo respect on the Qwel intro. Technically "Cliche" is a Typical Cats song but you get the point yo
I love when Mel plays the bad guy! Good dude right there
SECONDOFLY! lol I love you, Bill.
Burr is spot on
OK, i give this one to Mel Gibson.
I understand his past, everyone makes mistakes. Move on.
But Dean Richards trying to pull something bad, make Gibson uncomfortable and you know, tryin to pull that kind of interview, its just unprofessional.
Talk about the movie, not personal stuff.
So ''asshole" well deserved.
Would of been interesting if this were an in person interview and the same questions were asked. Gibson would of likely come unhinged lol.
Wasnt expecting to hear Typical Cats for the intro. lol
Mel said the nicest thing he could about the interviewer. He may have been wrong about what he said 4 yrs. ago, but he was on the mark about the interviewer...
I love Mel Gibson more as a person than an actor tbh
I still like Mel .
Mel's alright...
Always liked him,
From Gallipoli to Hacksaw Ridge...
Just discovered your page. Love it! Haha they are all timed perfectly
this video just made me want to watch Curb
i respect the road warrior
roywhiteo5 ,I'm sorry he died in August. Car ran into the back of his scooter. RIP
Two days ago I saw a vehicle that'll haul tanka.
To learn who rules over you, simply find out who it is your are not allowed criticize
