I still would love to see you try the adimatic jamal smiths just for gits and shiggles. It's a throwback shoe but I would LOVE to see you rip on how bulky it is. But I will say it's comfy. And don't worry about wearing the Etnies to work. I wear my Last Resorts to work - when I shouldn't. Nice pair of pants and no one can tell. And I'm glad to see a review from you again! Hey man, I don't know if you look at the comments on your old videos, but i have been skating this shoe a while on my second pair in fact! I love the board feel and honestly skate the best I ever have in them, but my feet are hurting after most sessions despite putting fp insoles on top of the stock insoles. Could you recommend a shoe that has the board feel of a vulc but the protection of a cupsole?

Are converse and last resort the only skate shoes that don’t fit true to size? And if so they should be embarrassed because they dont know how to measure a 9 is a 9 not a 10 its not cool

There’s a Nike shoe that looks like a skate shoe but it doesn’t say it’s a skate shoe, it’s the Jordan Mid Series, someone has tried them out?
jordan 1 mids in my opinion are pretty solid shoes to skate. i have an all white leather pair of mids i’ve been skating and they’re holding up well. overall protection of the shoe is okay, ankle support is great, but skate in them for too long and they do make your feet a little sore. but hey that’s most shoes right lol

Please do the es accel swift or any type of es shoe!! Es is really good, but like the insoles of these Joslin Vulcs they suck but everything else about them is amazing
Yo I don't know how much I agree with your review here. Personally I've never liked any Etnies shoes, always thought they were ugly and just lame in general. Not these tho. Those Joslin Vulcs, especially in that same brown/black tongue color way are dope as hell. From the first look I thought they were a reissue of a classic, probably since I had just watched the first 2 Alien Workshop videos prior to seeing them online the first time, until I realized they were Joslin pros (otherwise I might've thought 'em to maybe be Thomas Morgan or Scott Conklin type joints). They just have that 90s feel to me, and I was digging them so I had to order a pair. So I started skating and rocking them immediately soon as I got em and I was not disappointed at all. They look dope on, skate great right away, are comfortable and durable. I'm still very far from an Etnies fan, and I wouldn't buy any of their other shoes, but this Joslin Vulc in this colorway I would cop several more pairs, they are sick and definitely worth it. And I only paid $75 for mine. That aside, a shoe u should really review is the NB Numeric 440, I'm really curious to see what u think about those.

I don't know about the new ones, but I love the old sti insoles from the first Maranas. I've been using them in like 10 pairs of shoes

They start a little better than normal vans but then they end up feeling like any other vans. It’s pointless, to my consideration, to review any current vans

I love the original Joslins and I’m a Vulc type guy so these shoes are just amazing at first look and probably amazing skating.

How wide do Etnies fit would you say? I've tried Nyjahs - too narrow, Tyshawn Lows - A little narrow, Vans Skate - good width.

I have wide feet and have a pair of joslins. They run pretty average/narrow but stretch out and found them comfy after break in.
@@25bradley I have wide feet and skated maranas and Jason ht. They fit tight but break in after like 2 messions after which they're perfect
