Thanks a lot for two lessons in one, first is detailed manual how to remove the fuel tank and second one for clearly English language, so nice to listen to you.
I second the reply Was really looking for a detailed step wise help Just would have helped if 2 points could have been addressed How to identify which pipe is of water and which one of evap Which pipe connect to which vent below the tank Thanks
Great video on tank removal and fitting, thanks. I'm really keen to find out more about the rev counter. I found the Tripper to be superfluous for my needs, when it actually works properly, which is hit and miss. I reckon RE should've made the rev counter an option. Anyhow, I've been looking at ways to fit one. Ride well. Cheers
Thank you. Agreed. So many options such as suspension, exhausts, vans rev counters Royal Enfield will miss out on. I am currently at the tip of the Himalayas filming new pannier options at the moment. Next week's video 😂🙏
I'm currently in training for my motorbike licence, and when I get it I'm going to buy a Super Meteor 650. Then the time will come to customise it, and your tutorials will be a great help. Thanks so much for sharing!
Brilliant effort especially as yude been to work all day!! I put a deposit on a classic 350 on Thursday and whilst in the dealer I was looking at the new Himalayans. Bearing in mind how you found it top heavy I thought I'd try and take the weight of the bike. Like you I didn't think it was worth the risk of it toppling over on me. Discretion being the better part of valour and all that.🤗
I will avoid the Himalayan from now on. Decided it will never be a bike for me. Never had so much hate or abuse on a video before, just for speaking the truth. All the best with the Classic. The J series engine is very good and economical 🙏

Excellent video, thanks for this! I've got a Shotgun 650, but I imagine the process is almost identical, same motor and all. I'm hoping to put some risers on and will probably need to reroute some cables. I have a rev counter I got for it and will probably put it on when I do the risers. I don't use the Tripper at all, would much rather have a tach.
Thank you. Yes the process should be similar, especially the fuel release. The tripper has much improved with software ever since the Himalayan 450 has been released. Worth one more try before you ditch it. Understand the need for risers on the shotgun. In my review I found them too fat forward, with my body leaning on my arms. 🙏
Hi just watched the tank removal video was useful to see it done. I have recently fitted the hitchcocks rev counter to my super meteor 650 and found you do not have to remove the tank to fit the plugs you can get to them (a little fiddly but okay). on mine i had to remove the screen and open up the head light and that is it. it took me a bit of time to fit the rev counter it's self as i took the tripper off and mounted it there instead of on the plate. if you buy the kit it should now come with a resister.
Thank's for this nice Video. I am in process to install my own Rev counter based on Hitchcocks System because of the high price. I bought a Daytona Rev counter (80,-€). The basic plate a have made it from Aluminium (3 mm). Now i am still waiting for the plug's which come from China. What i can't see in Hitchcocks installation instruction is, which kable i have to use coming from the coil. Could you advice me? 😃😃
I would say not. If you remove the seat completely and sit on the bike, your feet touch the ground even less. Because of the width of the bike, but you can lower the rear suspension by 20mm. I made a video here : Meteor 650 suspension upgrade. Hagon Shocks - Are they any good? ua-cam.com/video/1h1J09k1xww/v-deo.html
Well done. Star pupil. I wanted people to comment and ask, and you are the first. I don’t see any sign of a fuel leak. I think it’s historic from servicing twice when they removed the fuel tank instead of using a cloth to soak up the small amount of fuel in the quick release head, they just let it drip on the bike. If however over the next few days I do find a leak, you will be the first to know. 🙏
VERY helpful!! That one electrical connection was a bugger!!😅
Ha ha yes, it’s more of a feel than a look 👌🙏
Great video looking forward to seeing the rev counter video if you do it
It,s on the list 👌🙏

Great, Teacher T, every bit of experience helps, to gain confidence in your maintenance and the anatomy of your bike.
Thank you. Part of the joy of owning a bike, is knowing how to keep it serviced and maintained and how it ticks 😂🙏

Interesting. Thanks for letting me know. Did it plug into the grey connectors under the tank? Or use the spare 12 v power supply in the headlight?
yep, leave that pillian seat off ... until the missus instructs otherwise, that's how you roll lol, Great video ty
Thanks. The bike really does look good as a single seat 🙏😂
Thank's for this nice Video.

Hi teacher T. Is it possible to lower the seat more on this bike

@@Teacher-T-Thailand gee thanks
Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста на этом мотоцикле 2 катушки зажигания?
A good question. Only 1 that I saw. Two different connections coming from it.
Can I fit a tank tie on super meteor 650 like the Harley Davidson
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by a tank tie?;A tank bag or a protective leather strip?
ありがとう😊
🙏
Is Meteor 650 Fuel Tank fit in Interceptor 650 ?
I have a feeling it would, yes, but it is a different frame. Some tweaking maybe needed 🙏
@Teacher-T-Thailand tank capacity will increase
You never said any thing more about your fuel leak?

That plastic fuel rail gives me the creeps. Warm/cold/... that gona become crispy
I could have been wrong. Maybe aluminium. But even so, not the greatest lol 🙏
too much ants running on that cloth
Ha ha yes. Means you are watching on a big TV? I never noticed them. ,,🤣🙏
