    There was a lot of sadness held in there because as i was breathing and moving i started to cry without knowing why. Thank you, it feels as if i released parts of it through this exercise

      Thank you for sharing this-it’s a beautiful reminder of how much our bodies hold and how powerful it is to release. Sometimes, emotions surface without a clear reason, and that’s okay. The crying is a natural way for your body to let go of what it no longer needs to carry.
