- well boys today we took the stock honda elite scooter and threw on a cheap performance pipe to add a little more fun to this wheelie bike. this is a good cheap upgrade for your 50cc scooter!

Love my 96 Elite. I keep it 50cc with ncy pipe, polini variator and malossi x belt shimmed out. Ive hit 55+mph bombing hills on it using gps.
I would recommend outting a good amount of Back to Black on the plastics to let them soak up the stuff in the back to black. I got away with not using a torch and they look near mint after a couple of coats. I would let it fully dry and then put a bunch of back to black back on the plastics

Love your Elites! My Kymco DJ Y50s are their cousins. Same frame, engine, almost identical rear fairings, identical dashboard. All parts seem interchangeable.

Heating the plastics makes them look good but make the plastic wayyyy more brittle so be careful

You cant just bold on a kit exhaust. Always change rollers and springs and add a 5 or 7 bigger main jet
which one should i buy. This one v8 style or tecnigas? They cost here the same

Quick question bud I have a genuine roughhouse sport 50cc 2t, do you recommend taking off the plastic washer between variator boss and plate.
i’ve never messed with one of those but i’ve never heard of any plastic washer being there on any other scooters
ive got a tao tao 50cc, it gets up to 70km/h, but i wanna make some upgrades to it eventually
What mods you got to go 70 kmh? I have mine bone stock and it goes 53-56 kmh max.

How does the exhaust swap make it faster? I don’t mean to sound stupid or anything because I plan on purchasing one soon.
If you have a 2 stroke the exhaust is what controls the power, so it will make your back wheel spin faster

i’ve done it on literally almost all my bikes never had any issues . you must be heating it way too long
