Just outta interest, I didn’t know the US had many bakeries. I didn’t really see it being a thing there, so it surprises me he opened an American one in another country. But maybe I just have a different view on it because we have so extremely many in Germany. Anyways good on him, I think I couldn’t live without good bakeries. It’s exciting to show and give a bit of your culture when you meet other cultures, so it’s nice to see how he has established his shop there.

yum!!! carrot cake is my all classic favorite. For my cream cheese frosting I also add orange juice and zest and I love it :)
Need to tell my mum to try the Orange juice + zest in her recipe she makes a pretty good carrot cake herself
