Great build! I’m rocking a lifted 2007 on 33s and it’s a beast of a vehicle. Has been through heavy snow, rock, and sand. I love seeing new Pathfinder builds. It’s like spotting a unicorn. I have a feeling we’ll see more as people look for alternatives to 4runners.
JC Ferrer every Pathfinder I see is being driven by an old lady lol 4runners are awesome as well, but pathfinders (although they’re independent rear suspension) are better for the price, and like you said, they’re unicorns!
I'm buying a new vehicle in the next month and I've been looking hard for road trip friendly, off-road capable family vehicles for under $10k. So far I have it narrowed down between an R51 Pathfinder, mid-late 2000s Sequoia and a 09 (or so) Honda Pilot. I love seeing these builds. I'll probably just do a lift and bigger tires, due to limited budget but still something that is adventure worthy!
Glad to see another r51 getting built there are not many around ..getting ready to do a rear sold axle swap on mine as soon as it's not 1000* outside here in az.. if you have any questions about suspension mods or whatever feel free to hit me up here or on azxc i also have a few lame videos on my channel working on better stuff but anyway ...cool video

Dude, I have a 2005 SE Offroad edition Pathfinder, all stock, pretty well maintained. After watching your video I have decided to modify my R51. I've been doing my research for the past week, but I can't find the lift kit like the one you installed. 3" in the front, 1¾" in the rear. Can you help me out pointing which was the exact kit you got for your badass looking R51. Thanks.
@@jonathanlucero78 I already installed a 2.5 inch leveling kit, front and rear. It looks way better, the drive feels pretty much the same. Next step will be getting wheels and tires. Thanks dude.

May I ask for your advice? I have a 2006 and I'd like to swap the front fascia with that of a current Nissan Frontier. If you were in my place, May I ask what you'd look for in order to see what's compatible?
Honestly I have no idea, I would say the front fenders, bumper and the hood, as well as the lights of course. However, I don’t know if the holes for everything are in the same place as our pathfinders or if Nissan changed them when they did the facelift
Did you have any issues with coil bucket contact I just installed 3" supreme suspension strut spacers with brand new Moog front struts and I'm getting a lot of coil bucket contact. Getting an alignment today hopefully that helps.
awesome build!! Couple questions, i have very little knowledge about the Pathfinders, what is an R51? also, do you experience alot of fender rubbing with the adapters and 33's? and lastly, does the stock gearing accomodate the 33s well or will you have to regear? thanks bro and keep up the great work!!
Thanks man! And R51 is the 2005-2012 body style, and yes I had a lot of fender rubbing so I had to trim the front fenders. The gearing is not that bad, although I get 12.7 mpg combined lol
Dude this is sick. But how was the airlift install? My 2007 R51 is sagging in the rear end and ive replaced the shocks and put lift/level on front and rear.
