she did help him get more recognition, that’s true. however you don’t know what happened after that, he just gave an interview where he said she was rude, toxic and ended up leaving him. you can be nice at first in front of the audience but what counts the most is how you behave when the lights are off.
@@jay.2417 So basically Ellen is like every other music producer, wants you to be like other successful stars, and when you start doing bad they decide to not continue with you. He sounds like he wants to blame everyone else for him failing. Ellen treated him like every other music exec would have. He would have been treated far worse in other places. He is whining that he didn’t become a success , but there are so many others just like him who didn’t have the opportunity to go on Ellen like he did, they were stuck with a label and got nowhere. He needs to realize that’s the industry even with kids, many just don’t make it and are pushed to be whatever the music execs want, you don’t get a say till you are established.

@@eden20111 I think the difference is Ellen was a music exec until she realized she could grab this kid and make money off him. Plus it’s the hypocritical image she painted if herself while acting like “any other music exec”. Maybe any other music exec should also stop acting the way they do given the many horror stories especially when working with a minor.
the video was on youtube LONG before Ellen "discovered " him...if Ellen didn't have him on her show someone else would..the other guy that was on Ellen's record label went nowhere. Ellen dosent know anything about music. couldn't handle being a judge on American Idol..you're suppose to tell the.contestants the truth. she couldn't or wokdnt.her record label 11 11 bit the dust..gee wonder why she's so nice ! Can't blame him for being a kid and not knowing what he was getting himself into... but that is the major label industry, they tell you what to do and they expect your music to become a job that will generate income. It isn't about love. Bottom line, he is where he is because of her. You know how many people out there would want to be in his place? You know how many could have been? So I don't think he's matured much... it's a shit attitude, you always show gratitude.

An she ignored his calls, told him what to wear what not to wear. Told him he couldnt wear leather because SHE is vegan. Berated the staff in front of him...hes got his reasons to dislike her.
That’s why Ellen yelled at his mom that he is spoiled. Who’d give him $10,000 and Yamaha piano, calls Gaga to talk to him, make him 1st artist of her new record label? She was too kind. And he’s the one rejected. I don’t think she told him to mimic Justin. She may have told him to act like him to be successful. I’m sure Justin’s schedule was tight, but he did it anyway. She dropped him cuz he didn’t deserve. Now he complains his karma.
