I was never into cars or trucks that much but I just recently got my first truck ever and I am in love and can't stop watching truck videos. It's just a 2020 F150 XLT with the 5.0L V8, nothing compared to these trucks but for me it is incredible, I never thought I'd own a truck like this. I wanted a RAM, but I'm super happy with this Ford.

I’ve had my trx since may of 21 and traded my Denali in. I’m still on high. The truck is an addiction. Haha. Cheers.

Yes he can trust me and the guy who traded his in for the raptor I wanted still pissed I wanted that truck I literally left slept on it went to work and got off early to get it , gone and there was a trx and tried to sell me on it nah I'm good .

This sounds crazy but I was at that koons ford dealership in VA a few hours after you bought your TRX. Dropped my f150 off for service and I thought I saw your truck in the parking lot and after getting a closer look at the wheels and red badging I knew I stumbled across one Badass truck I’d seen so many videos about. So cool! Wish I could’ve met you man, hope the TRX is as Badass as you hope!

Congrats brother!! As a long time Ford guy, I bought myself a TRX as well. I can’t stand the V6 Raptor and had to move up to the much better and more satisfying platform. Ram killed it!!

I personally don't have experience with dodge but that is one sweet looking truck!
Hopefully they build these better than their regular trucks and other vehicles.
Looks good, very fast and powerful, but you can't go far till something breaks on them
@@TheIronChainMaster These are built like tanks and very very few issues with them. Mopar has made a huge turnaround across the board the last few years and still going strong. I have a2021 trx coming from several Fords and the Ram is just a better truck IMO....
I'm a certified Chrysler tech and I drive a 21 F150 because I know all the problems with the Ram trucks. Hope you don't have the issues. Make sure you keep up with the software updates.
My cousin got a TRX about 4 months ago and has had several problems so far. I hope Mike doesn't have them. Personally I would have waited for the Raptor R
Btw what kind of problems on the ram trucks like electrical issues and mechanical and etc
Radio will drive you crazy. Will go black screen, lock up. Seems like every 2 months they come out with another update to try and fix the problem. The hemi engine the last thing that gets oil is the lifters and I have replaced more cams and lifters because the bearings in the rollers on the lifters lock up and chew up the cam. The trans is not as bad as it used to be but keep up on the software updates and any recalls for it. The 8 speed trans you can only replace a few parts on it but if it has major internal issues you get a new trans.

I see it most on police vehicles. A lot of idle time and then beating on them in chase situations.

Ohhhh not another TRX everyone and their uncle have a TRX on UA-cam. It is a gorgeous truck but you should have done smth different and got a Silverado or anything apart from a TRX🙄

Other than the Rudolph the red nose reindeer badge on the F150 definitely think the F150 looks better exterior wise.

Black is such a boring color. It’s not even a color. It’s the go to for non-creative people.
I agree with that, black is boring but at least it hides the stupid looking plastic fender flares that are black, all other colors they stick out like a sore thumb and look like a cheap toy.
My wife has 2021 Ram . Always bought GMs. Vary impressed with the build quality . No recalls yet

Not gonna lie, I liked the Ford much better, the TRX is a nice truck, can't wait to see what you do to it but I wish you would have kept the F150 or bought another raptor and modified it, still love the channel Will keep watching.

F150 3rd gen Coyotes are in the 8's unopened motor and stock 10R80 trans.. TRX's need to be opened to hit 9's lol. F150 Platinums also have massage seats
Ford won the Baja 1000 with 2 stock different gen Raptors.
That V6 is better for weight distribution and beat Ferrari at Le Mans, but to each their own.
@@NutButDontTella mate, I get it you love the raptor. I also love the raptor but you can’t be acting like they are the best. I hate to admit it but the TRX is just amazing. Anyways Gen 1 raptor was so far from factory it’s actually depressing it was called a factory truck. The gen 2 was actually more of a factory truck if you take the regulations and thing they were forced of of it. (Fuel cell, roll cage, race sits and 5 point harness) So they won 1 Baja 1000 with a factory truck. But it’s still impressive just it wasn’t 2
@@rau4329 I can actually link the rules for "factory" regulations. The Gen 2 only had geisers, regardless the TRX still hasn't completed it.
The Raptor simply is the best, with twice as much dampening per corner, and bigger shock D.A., Fox > Bilstein, the better approach/departure/breakover and travel. Hell it even has a better towing/hauling rate. You're gonna tell me a roll cage is gonna improve the durability of the truck? That's a safety feature.

Interesting you chose to go with a very “basic” TRX (no sunroof, no blind spot detection, no adaptive cruise control, etc), but nice truck nonetheless.
Definitely not a base TRX. This is basically a mid-trim, but it does have the TR1 package. He's coming from a Lariat F150, which wasn't exactly a top model, although it did have all of the goodies for that trim.
Not easy to find so you have to get what you can....I got soooo lucky getting a loaded one...Right place right time for me....
@@hellkitty1014 Yeah, I’m just saying his F150 had a lot of tech that this truck is missing for such a high price (sunroof, parking sensors, 360 cam, blind spot detection, adaptive cruise, etc).
