    I've generally always been a pretty calm person. Overcame panic disorder a couple years back. The only time I ever feel that panicky feeling is right before a migraine usually several hours before the migraine sets in. So I'll feel my nervous system get a bit sensitive, that goes away, and then later I get the headache. They are typically mild thankfully

    Ive had anxiety everday all day for the past 9 years and it stems from having a severe migraine and since them im super anxious that i will have another so im constantly anxious everytime i catch the sunlight in my eyes i think im having a migraine etc and i cant control thinking about it knowing its gunna happen again and it effects my everyday life

      I have migraine pain in my shoulders armpits years ime hsd aspergers I had normal migraines 25 years ago rhumotoligist says it fybromyalgia neurologist says it's migraine confused deals like migraine

    This is incredibly helpful for a migraineur like myself. I, too, add to the male with anxiety and migraine statistic. One of my closest friends has EDS and that simple explanation of POTS helped me understand her better. Keep these great episodes up, for you are the hope and light to many confused and lost migraineurs! 🙌
