Alligator Jambalaya by The Cajun Ninja 

I took a visit to the Greenwood gator farm in Gibson, Louisiana. While I was there, I was able to purchase some alligator meat, and I will get a sausage. I decided to make an alligator jambalaya, and it was mighty fine! 👊🏻
