Dude, you’re so cool you did that for charity I just got your cookbook but I still like watching you make it on UA-cam. Made a couple of Cajun dishes with your recipes corn soup, chicken, picante sauce, Pastalaya, your chili you’re cool dude man.
I want to say I love ur recipes. I cook them quit often and I have my family following u as well and cooking ur dishes. Being born and raised in New Orleans now living in Fort Worth Texas for the past 5 years it's so hard to find all of our delicious food from home. So I turn to u for incredible dishes like my ancestors before me and now still cook. I have a request for one recipe that I haven't seen u make yet. Could u make a video on a Cajun CRAB DIP for all of us. I'll be on the look out.... Thank you so much!! PI-YAHHHHH 😊
What size was your pot there sir? Also, did you have to adjust your water to rice ratio in that climate? Just curious. I cooked one in Colorado and it came out a little crunchy. Don’t know if it was the altitude/climate or If I didn’t have my glasses on when measuring things out.
Wow !!! U look so different than u did a few years ago .. I hardly recognized u Cajun Nunja 😅food looks delicious as always !! I can tell ur either from the Bayou or New Orleans ,. I was raised in Chalmette .. my brother in law is from Harahan
Hey Cajun Ninja, how many pounds of sausage was that? And what does the bouillon cubes do? Got me a 7 gal pot and about to cook one for the neighborhood.
That looks damned good. Louisiana cooking is some of the best in the country. Cheers!!
That's a big Amen. If it walks, crawls, swims, climbs or flies we'll throw it in the pot & it'll be dang good. ⚜🤗🙋♀️💜👍

The whole west coast and south are my favorite geographic L shaped area.
Louisiana and Arizona are kindred spirits.
Love from northern California!

Fantastic job you are doing. Your girls are getting so big. Remember most folks in Arizona are actually from some place else.

A 10 gallon cast iron lid!?!? I need that for my pot!
Native Arizonans love spicy, kick it all the way up brotha.
Those people in Arizona just don't know what they are missing great job.
There's a Lafayette lady who has a Cajun restaurant out there. Flavors of Louisiana. It's very good.
Throwing down an Arizona much loved brother.🎉
