This guy is still rocking it tonight, right now, at 71, in Las Vegas on Fremont Street for free. I am kicking myself that I'm not there! Great performer!
This man is personally responsible for damaging my hearing after two concerts...lived every minute of it.
The first band that messed up my hearing was Led Zeppelin in 1973 but as yrs went on and going to many concerts, when I saw George Thorogood it definitely didn't help my hearing any. He's absolutely an awesome entertainer and an excellent guitarist 🎸✌🏼💯
@AprilliaRacer14 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
When you go to see George Thorogood you know you're gonna have a lot of fun !🎸💯✌🏼🤗😎😉😊
Still rocking it on over in 2021!!
What a great performer! He feels his music throughout is body. I really enjoyed this! Rock on!!
Hank Williams certainly wrote a lot of great songs, didn't he? His son's not too bad either. Good of George to remember him and give him the Thorogood treatment.
Oh my my oh my yes
Must come as a shock to most young people that this song is so old
Man, what? Hank Jr. I one of the biggest in rock n roll and country.
Lord Benito Of Kreševo one is the best
@@outdoorexperience8723 everyone's got an opinion.
a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, I saw George & the Destroyers in Eugene, Ore, at a tiny club called The Place. We sat next to the dance floor, about 7 or 8 feet from where the band was playing...it was almost like a private concert. It was great, and unforgettable.
I've been going to George 0 good concert since 1985igh8ty 5
😆 🛸 🕯️
It's crazy to think that the time of this most rockin performance ever, people were huge into Culture Club and Cyndi Lauper just coming out. Like what was hip vs. What is Timeless really shows.
GEORGE WILL ALWAYS BE A CLASSIC!!!
George can really make that Gibson talk...that's a language not many understand ...
Best Era of music in my opinion, (which is definitely because that's when I was hitting the dance clubs😉)
I'm In love with his guitar playing and talent. Wish i had him personally so i could experience LIVE.
What an awesome concert!! Great sounding band , just love it!! Can't believe it was 84!!
if think , this man is the most "rock and roll" man ever live, include elvis , buddy, chuck, if there are alive they certainly agree.
Agree man!
Great showman fo sho.
That's pure rock an roll
That what i call action
Lonesome George live....don't get any better...
I love how much fun it looks like he had playing this
Took Ole Hank’s song to a new level.

Reckless abandon and sweat!!!! What could be better?
Move it on over 2020, the mean ole dog 2021 is movin' in.
I saw him in Springfield Illinois at the state fair 1991. Great concert.
Great performer!
George handles this Hank Williams classic very well.
Just fun rock n roll to listen to.
Those cymbals sound sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fu#$in good! O my goodness!!!

Hi george, saw you at Hampton Beach, any chance you will come back. You are just amazing and noone does like you, noone. Reply if you get chance, know you are busy.
Great take on the Great ones song
Great crowd
Nobody rocks better than GT
God Bless Hank Williams
best concert I ever saw 95.5 kilos free concert Irvine Meadows bout 1985
You know Hank Williams wrote that song then his son covered it but George fucking kills this song and I’m a big Hank Williams jr fan
Good rock
Mr. Hank Williams Sr would have been proud!
Where did the time go? George is planning a 50year tour! Prayers for his recovery from surgery.
What were you doing the night john Lennon got shot?
I was watching george thorogood at mabels in Champaign Illinois!
I will never forget that day.
CAN I GET A HELL YEAH!?!
Killer!!
Bad ass.
This song is Bad to the Bone
Love GT, always have, always will. But I gotta say.... His drummer is channeling Freddy Mercury big time in this vid. :D
Ya were getin old George all gettin old man.
Hank Williams would be proud
in memory of Allison "The Night Bird" Steele, who played this for me when I was hurt and confused. R.I.P. Night Bird, fly high and far, they don't make DJs like you any more (except Maria Melito).
Far and away a better performer than Bruce in every way possible.
Yes RAa ystäviä ystäviä RAa
💫💫💫🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐱💗
Made a Hank Williams song. Hank was ahead of his time..
No joke, this is a flat out rock n roll song made before rnr even existed.
Wow didn’t know Gary Busy could play a guitar like that
🙌🩰🦢
Et c'est bon
He kicks ass 😊
I'm picturing a post Malone concert with a few people sitting around with laptops "jammin"
1:56 the bass player has his mobile phone in his back pocket....ahead of the game that kid
George is Elmore James bastard son and Elmore would be proud. I might be wrong but think Bo Diddley might have been George’s uncle. Or was it John Lee Hooker? I’d cook supper for all those cats.

Great performance George. Drop the sax......🤔
Why!?
Pretty sure it’s worked fine for him these last 40+years.
I think George and Ted Nugent are the best.
