I am skinny man of 27 age, 5.7feet, 53kg, did everything for gaining weight , someone says that you have to do exercise so you will gain weight, some says you have to eat more and more to make yourself bulky than you have to shape it, I didn't eat mega mass but eat oats, kajoo, milk shake, white rice, chicken, desi ghee daily but still improvements is very slow , like 2kg to 3 kg in 4 months, so firstly I need to know about the megga mass , 2ndly I need to know about how to make yourself bulky and all like this stuff..... please make response this time

How to count how much protein from each meal im getting? eg being a veggy..i eat chapati sabzi four days a week and poha once a week and idlii dosa once in 15 days...no soya chunks..paneer once in 15 days (200 g paneer made into bhurji or paneer sabzi for the WHOLE FAMILY)..chana rakma matki all one a week at lunch..( sm sabzi n salad)..curd once a day one katori.. Coffee three times a fay with less than half cup milk mixed with water. So.. My doubt id if im getting any protein from my food? Cant digest almonds, and cashew or pumpkin seeds etc so stay away from them. Kela or apple kncd a day. Any comments doctor?

I dont understand how my grandfather is still so strong while he eats 3 bajra or jowar rotis only in a day.. Pick up any man from our village i dont think most of them complete even the basic requirement but still have lot of strength
