Bhaiya ji... I really love your videos.. mai abhi fat loss aur muscle mass gain kar raha hu.. mai middle class me hu aur sabse bari baat ak student hu to protein powder iye afford nhi kar sakta... Agar ap dinme 1500cal ka ak diet bata sakte ho jisme ghar ke khane se protein intake pura kar saku to mujhe bohot milta.. I'm too confused.. btw lot's of from west Bengal ❤❤❤
