    Is Popcorn ok as snack ?
    I buy dry corn from store and make Popcorn with ghar ka butter or ghee
    Not the ready pack available ( ACT 2) type 😊
    Kindly advise, i love Popcorn and I love as my top most priority snack

    Roj soctha hu kal kal. Kal kal kar ka may sa December 😂 tak aa gya ab bhi nahi kar para diet pa control.
    Par ab pakka karunga

    Bhaiya ji... I really love your videos.. mai abhi fat loss aur muscle mass gain kar raha hu.. mai middle class me hu aur sabse bari baat ak student hu to protein powder iye afford nhi kar sakta... Agar ap dinme 1500cal ka ak diet bata sakte ho jisme ghar ke khane se protein intake pura kar saku to mujhe bohot milta.. I'm too confused.. btw lot's of from west Bengal ❤❤❤

    B complex zinc aur vit c d ki deficiency kasay poori kren ? Dr kehtay bht deficiency hai supplements kaam ni krtay.....dr kehtau stress hormones bht zyada hai jis wjh se sb me deficiency hai kya krun bht preshan hun
