Thank you so much for bringing functionality, my aesthetic and new energy into my studio apartment - it is my little oasis 💆🏽♀️🥰 I love it even more since getting situated and I feel so blessed to have even won a Team AG makeover!!!! PS. I hosted a get together to watch the reveal today and I had 8 guests over comfortably - the most people I’ve ever had in this apt! The island came in handy for all of the food & drinks. THANK YOU🥹🙏🏽🤍 #dreamteam
It was fun watching things happening, and your place looks fabulous, with the issues you needed corrected done beautifully. But I have to say that other than your too-dark couch for such a tiny space, your home looked great to start with. Your sense of style for both your surroundings and yourself is lovely! Happy New Home, Nadine!
I agree. From a functionalist perspective, it would be nice to see how they react to different solutions to their issues. Not just the overall reaction of a new aesthetic.
I imagine it must be a pretty vulnerable moment to cry on camera if you’re not an actress, I wouldn’t want 15 minutes of unedited footage of me crying on the internet. But if the client is cool with that, then yeah, more reaction footage added onto an already great video would be welcome.
Yeah, and I'm so glad she changed the desk chair - now all blends together. I particularly love the art above the sofa - those colors go nicely with the neutral theme.
Ok so for just a moment can we give Graham high praise for his amazing talent! Over the years he has gotten better and better with his skills. That cabinet was amazing!
I would have done one (big) thing differently. The empty cabinet where she’ll store her cart is wasted storage opportunity. I’d have done shelves (or even drawers!) in the storage cabinet, and then on the wall where you planned to put the cart when in use…attach a fold down table top to the wall. You’d still have extra prep space when needed, it would be sturdier than a cart on wheels, it wouldn’t take much more than an inch of space to store folded down, and you’d still have that awesome storage cabinet. The new desk is a huge improvement over what she had, without being too big.
I don't care if videos are longer but please show more of their reaction. You make such stunning things I want to see people receiving it be as blown away as we are T.T What a gorgeous makeover!!!
I like seeing people’s reactions too but I get why they only show a part of it. I think seeing your space completely changed is overwhelming and a lot of people get emotional which maybe AG and team don’t want to show a ton of because it’s personal.
I am thrilled to see the newly renovated workshop of Graham being used. Graham is an attractive human being, his skills, humility, kindness and humor and looks.
Studio Fix is the UA-cam equivalent of comfort food for me. I don't own a studio and am not nearly as into interior design as the algorithm seems to think I am, but these videos are somehow so pleasant and soothing for me. The payoff at the end is always so satisfying. It's fascinating to me how you can take an aesthetic that would never resonate with me normally (I'm allergic to beige lol) and make something so chic out of it.
Agree. My weekly comfort geek out since Covid. Yesterday my daughter watched with me for the first time...now she wants me to make over her studio yay...if only I were as talente as Alexandra. Thank you dear fun person❤
I was thinking, "This looks so much more like the young lady! And then you two said the same thing!!!! This is simply BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Great job, Alexandra!!!!!!!!!!🥰
Her unit was already pretty and minimalist, except for the kitchen. The makeover is truly amazing - light and bright colors, more functional and spacious-looking. Love it!
Beautiful job! I would’ve loved to see Nadine’s reaction to your functional fixes too, like the hidden kitchen island and the new makeup storage. She seemed totally blown away ❤
Dear Alexandre, I wanted to express my gratitude for the joy your channel has brought me, especially during these challenging times. Your latest small space makeover has truly been a masterpiece and a true testament to your talent and creativity. Congratulations to you and your team for bringing yet another dream to life. I eagerly await your next episode and wish you all the best. Keep up the fantastic work! 🙏💕🇹🇷
I love how you listen to your clients and bring their visions to life. Also, you’ve injected so many hard-working pieces that solve her problems. Fantastic makeover!! 🎉
while the layout isnt at all different honestly, the cohesiveness of the furniture/colors/built in cabinets really brings the space together in a new way.
Idea, if you still have some of Graham's build drawings, it would be cool to frame them including a picture of the irl finished piece. Nice decor in his studio and a bit of a AG portfoilo of makes.
As a New Yorker who knows allll about that studio life and how much you have to pay just to get a little slice of the city that lights you up and makes you feel at home, my heart exploded with love for her when she was so taken aback by the reveal. The space is absolutely gorgeous and functional. Would've loved more time during the reveal for you to walk her through the different areas. Also even if you didn't do anything to these spaces, I'm nosy and would've loved to see the entry way, closet(s), and bathroom. :)
I've been watching these AG Studio Fix videos for years and never commented, but I have to say this is one of the best to date. It's modern, mature, functional, organic, and cohesive. 10/10
I love this look. The sofa is my fav. One nit pick. Cord cover on the sconce cord. Graham really needs his own channel! He rocks with new builds and DIYs .
I’ve been in my apartment 20 years 😳, only thought I’d be here like five years tops. I stayed as I was helping my parents as they got older. Dad passed unexpectedly last year so helping mom a lot now. I really need a makeover of my place & hopefully getting rid of some things this summer as tired of the clutter. Love your videos and the crew. Thanks for sharing.
Just wander round your apartment over the course of a few weeks and take notes of what you like and don't like. Write it down. Think about what you would like instead. Watch tons of videos, jot down ideas and inspiration. Don't think, oh, I'll remember that, you won't. Visit lots of DIY stores and home decor shops. Then, just start doing it! A little bit at a time. In a year or two, you'll have a completely new apartment and be more thrilled that you did it yourself (maybe with a little help with some bits). Good luck.
Love it! Beautiful makeover. I was just wondering if the pole wrap design/grain could have had both going in the same direction if one had been flipped. The left side looks like “V’s” up and and the right looks like upside down “V” throughout.
This is by far my favorite studio fix!! Graham and Alexandra are a fantastic duo. He really is incredibly skilled at bringing your design ideas to life!
AG taking off her safety sunglasses like Horatio Caine from CSI: Miami to drop some pole wrap knowledge on us was the greatest thing I’ve seen all week. 😎
I get the aesthetics but lol to the real plant being tucked in a corner and the fake plant by the sunny window. What a beautiful room! You really brightened it up and made it so much more functional 💖
This episode was amazing. Graham is such a diamond in the rough - super talented. Kudos to the editor too w/ the funny side bits. Was glad the chair was swapped out w/ a different color also! Made it a huge difference
I'm speechless... Well almost. The transformation is amazing. The textures and colours blend beautifully and flow well. Bravo for exchanging her chair for a more suitable colour. Shows your commitment & awareness of what she likes. Very considerate. Personally, one thing I would add are curtains. As a young female, living in one room, privacy would be a priority. Especially at night. All in all, awesome job! Hear the applause & take a bow👏
Looks great! I like how you said something like "I know the desk isn't a perfect fit here but that's just the reality of living in a small space" because yes!
First, I’m really glad you introduced us to your team. They deserve credit for what they do and to know your viewers are aware of their contribution to your makeovers and videos and appreciate them as well as you! Now, an absolutely gorgeous makeover. Very upscale and sophisticated. I want that desk chair! ❤ Shirley
You did such a phenominal job and added so much to her space. I love that desk lamp! I would suggest maybe adding a cord cover for the wall sconce painted to blend in nicely.
Love this studio style & colour scheme 🥰 only thing I can’t stop looking at & thinking is that I wish the wood grain of the 2 tambour wall panels was running in the same direction😂
This space turned out so beautifully! So elegant but cozy, neutral & warm but still bright! It really is so functional to be so small. Great job.. and Graham did it again! Love the TV area and space for the island, such a cool idea😊
i think the best thing about this channel is that Alexandra and Graham combine visually beautiful ideas with such amazing functionality. you definitely should have hit 1 million a long time ago
Gorgeous!!!! As always I’m truly impressed on how much room you give back the homeowner in spite of how small the space is , keep them coming well done , BRAVO you have the best team👏👏
Cheerful, affirming, signature style! I have been a fan of yours since the Treehouse days and often recommend your channel to friends all over the US. The tambour wall treatment was perfect for that niche!
Nice job! Everything flows together. Two summers ago I got a white bird of paradise plant. When I brought it inside for the winter I also left in the white caladium leaf bulbs that I planted in it. They come up in the spring and die in the fall. It's a nice compliment with the bird of paradise and the white pot. 🌿💜👍
Just another quick comment... I have to say the person who suggested making a drop down kitchen work space on the same wall you parked the rolling one was super smart! I know Graham could have made a great one and then the right side of the built in cabinet would have doubled the storage.🤔🎉
I just can’t wait for the Big Change that’s coming to humanity where everyone can afford the home they both need and want. No more playing small, we deserve better. The Great Awakening. Closer by the day. New sub here. ❤
Oh gosh Alexandra this studio apartment makeover is fabulous looking, it really does look more open and so cozy also. I just love seeing all of these makeovers it really does inspire me to get busy on my own livingroom and make it look so much better and cozy and more open. Thanks for sharing another awesome video, have a beautiful and blessed day, sending love and hugs, bye!! 😊😂🥰🤗👋👍👍🙏🙏💜💜
wow! what a great job, Team AG! I am sorry we didn't get to see Nadine's prep storage reveal, but I am sure she was beyond thrilled. Love the palette, the vibe, the functionality.
I absolutely love the fact that you're taking on realistic small apartments that so many of us live in! This is all the space we get to work with in most countries outside the US especially in bigger cities. I would love to see more of this!
Nadine, what a happy surprise to see you here, as I used to follow your UA-cam channel. You look amazing, as always! I’m glad you are doing well and so happy that you have this opportunity to work with Alexandra! All the best to you and Alexandra both!

Light bright and minimal is basically the opposite of my style but this really turned out so beautifully! I've been into the poll wrap DIY's for years now but it seems nearly impossible to get my hands on, but I LOVE the look on the wall! Such an easy but impactful change!!
Hey Team AG! Been subscribed and loving your videos for years. I have a video idea/request: I am going to be moving to a furnished apartment in a new country soon. I will have to do a lot of Uber-renter friendly DIYing that does not displace the furniture already in the space. It would be so helpful to see you guys studio fix a furnished place where the major challenge is making it feel like “home” when you cannot make any significant changes. I could really use your expertise and advice ❤️❤️❤️ thank you!
She's done that sort of thing in kitchens, I seem to recall her changing out knobs and pulls, lighting fixtures, curtains, and a rug over carpet, plus peel and stick inside open shelving and to concel original back splash, frosted film over glass window (yes?)
I stumbled upon this channel yeaaaaars ago and loved it before I moved into a studio. I forgot the name and everything and I saw this video on my feed for the second time this week. Oh my GAWWWWSH and now I live in a studio. So much more satisfying. Pls me next 😩
Really pretty! I think that her entry light should absolutely match the kitchen light and her kitchen handles should definitely have been changed. To make the vibe of the entire apartment consistent. A brass handle would be so pretty!
100% agree that the entry light should match, but those Mitzi lights are expensive and the AG team is working on a budget. However, Nadine could swap that light out herself! I'd also encourage her to do some white or off-white peel and stick tiles over the current kitchen backsplash, I think that would really open up that space and tie it into the room. 🤍 Since she was just gifted thousands of dollars of new furniture and decor, spending a bit of money on those two changes (whenever the budget allows) seems reasonable- if those are things she wants. This is one of my favorite AG makeovers to date! So lux but still unique and inviting! ✨✨✨ Congrats to Nadine on her new season of life and new space!
@@SevenPinesHomethank you sooo much for the suggestion! I may actually do this since it’s a rental, I hesitate - but peel and stick sounds like a great idea to bring the kitchen together :)
This is such a beautiful woman, such great style she has and that new apartment is so-so her, suits her so well. Thank you Alexandra, for giving her the apartment she so truly deserves. You did a wonderful job, as usual. 😻
I love this makeover, you usually use very strong colors in a very colorful way and I love this and seeing how you can successfully bring your talent to a minimalist and calm style
WOW... The transformation from dark to LIGHT 🎉🎉🎉 Is the biggest and best change to the space!!! Also, the updated furniture added a sophisticated modern ambiance... Great job ❤🎉😂 Personally, I feel the roll out cart stored in the cabinet is a waste of storage space! Graham could have built a slightly shorter, stationery unit with a granite or aluminum surface with shelves underneath to add more kitchen surface space, add more decor/book space... with minimal invasion to the overall floor plan! PLUS, giving the entire added storage space of the second cabinet... Love it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It's beautiful. Most importantly, you've addressed every need and wish with such style. And well done Graham. Oh yes and I'm adding slippy and grippy to my vocabulary.
You really outdid yourself again. I feel like this is a really tricky style since it is so neutral, but it looks phenomenal. You really made her Pinterest board come to life in her small space and made it SO functional as well.
I love this makeover, and the fact that her outfit unintentionally matched the colors of the room proves how well it suits her. The only things missing are some paint on the kitchen furniture (it's not a big investment, in its current form it doesn't really fit with the rest of the studio) and an extendable couch instead of the existing one (which can allow guests to stay for the night, and they usually also have storage underneath, which is important in such a small space).
You are a total pro at redoing small spaces!! Your room designs and innovative problem solving makes you number one in my book!! Besides that you are just cute and sweet and a real joy to watch. Way to go Alexandra and team terrific!
I was surprised you did not show her reaction to the coffee table and kitchen cart solutions. She must have been thrilled. Anyway, great job.

I’m shocked we didn’t see the reaction to the functional changes including desk, adjustable coffee table, and the portable island thing.
The editing is poor. So much non essential chatter could be cut to show us what we really want to see.

Agreed. Just like the desk had a pull out, the cabinet could have as well.

Nice job! Everything flows together. Two summers ago I got a white bird of paradise plant. When I brought it inside for the winter I also left in the white caladium leaf bulbs that I planted in it. They come up in the spring and die in the fall. It's a nice compliment with the bird of paradise and the white pot. 🌿💜👍
Why not show her each of the details- the pullout desk, the kitchen cart, coffee table, etc. Would have liked to see her reaction to these solutions.
Just another quick comment... I have to say the person who suggested making a drop down kitchen work space on the same wall you parked the rolling one was super smart! I know Graham could have made a great one and then the right side of the built in cabinet would have doubled the storage.🤔🎉
ABSOLUTELY 💯... I had the same thoughts! Great minds definently think alike!!! Win, Win... 😂😂😂
Not only did you meet the challenges you brought function and happy tears. So outstandingly beautiful and workably cozy in everyway
I just can’t wait for the Big Change that’s coming to humanity where everyone can afford the home they both need and want. No more playing small, we deserve better. The Great Awakening. Closer by the day. New sub here. ❤
I love this.
I absolutely love it!! It’s been so convenient especially for hosting, team AG really outdid themselves with all of the functionality!
This studio is absolutely an oasis of calm awesomeness!
This was so completely spot on! Just love it! Her instantly going to tears of joy shows that your hard work paid off! Way to go Alexandra!!!
Can we talk about Graham AND pearls!!!! I love it!!!
I literally clapped at the reveal! So beautiful! Amazing job, as always! 😊❤🎉
The kitchen cart idea is genius! Love the makeover.
This might be my favorite one yet - cozy, super functional, neutral textures, … 😍😍😍
OMG, I remember you!! In 2012 when I started my channel, you were always soooo supportive! Life and purpose took a turn for me, but thank you for always being supportive. I feel so blessed to have had this. I hope all is well 🤍🙏🏽
@@nadeinspired Life has its twists and turns and sometimes, certain things are only for a season, making way for even better things.
You were always a sweet and kind soul and I know you will be successful in whatever you do. Glad to have crossed paths for a moment. You truly deserved this re-design and here’s to happy times in your new beautiful space and beyond!
@@coralpetals amen! I couldn’t have said it better myself and honestly your comment has made me so emotional, my heart is full and so crazy to have shared this moment back on the platform that we connected 12years ago!
I’m sending all of the positive and supportive vibes right back at you 🤍🤗
@@nadeinspired Thank you, Nadine!
I love how sophisticated and warm this space feels now!
Light bright and minimal is basically the opposite of my style but this really turned out so beautifully! I've been into the poll wrap DIY's for years now but it seems nearly impossible to get my hands on, but I LOVE the look on the wall! Such an easy but impactful change!!
Graham lets hear it for Graham and that fabulous cabinet. His work is meticulous amazing. Truly a gifted artisian. Love the design. Very zen.
SO GLAD YOU SWITCHED THE CHAIR! LOVE THIS SPACE❤
Yes!!!! Agreed! TY for mentioning it!!! ❤
Graham's skills, charm & pearl necklace are the icing on this lovely cake of team!
Since she was just gifted thousands of dollars of new furniture and decor, spending a bit of money on those two changes (whenever the budget allows) seems reasonable- if those are things she wants.
Great job ❤🎉😂
Personally, I feel the roll out cart stored in the cabinet is a waste of storage space! Graham could have built a slightly shorter, stationery unit with a granite or aluminum surface with shelves underneath to add more kitchen surface space, add more decor/book space... with minimal invasion to the overall floor plan! PLUS, giving the entire added storage space of the second cabinet...
Love it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Great job. You really make a huge difference in people's lives. Go Team AG!
I’m convinced no one on planet earth has been or will ever be as talented and creative as Graham.
Your designs just keep getting better and better. This is a definite winner! Wow!
The little table and sconce placement is so genius for this little space. Great makeover
Wow! This makeover is so amazing and loaded with small space solutions. Fantastic job Team AG!!
I like the big sides on the sofa providing area separation. I think that was the best choice in the whole makeover.
Omg finally a studio fix
