Have you ever experienced 'the click' yourself when trying to learn something?
Yeah after blood sweat and frustrations that click is like a new blood rushing through your system again it like being on happy hormones for weeks
yeah i struggled a lot with the au trancado and reversao have been just doing them terribly and then one day my stupid brain just understood the move somehow i guess repetitions and the usage of our great tool the nervous system

Hi bro, thanks for stopping by! Did you get stuck in terms of feeling you're not improving? If there is one thing I could suggest is to get stronger and a bit more flexible. Learning new things when your body can actually take it and it's ready is like 70% of the battle won! Good luck and enjoy the process!
