Nice it came so fast! Ich think this alone might help me a bit. I cannot get my hand to spin one bit. It just seems stuck. So I am impressed already.
I tried the movement before, maybe that’s why but never fully focused on the movement before. The spin will come with time!

I'm also still struggling with this one... and have the very same problems: on the weak side I cannot spin (or much worse). What I am not so good at is spinning on the second hand. I usually spin on the first that I place on the ground. maybe also a variation for you to try. I will definitely also here start to pay attention to my hand placement of the first hand. thanks for the tip. and maybe one tip for you in terms of head position: I always try to fix an imaginary partner that I play with and that helps.
