I’m an ic at JB hunt. Own my rig. Numbers are off. If you run avg miles and hit good loads the truck will turn 5k a week avg. Fuel discounts are huge. Avg 1.00 off pump price
Im an IC here at Hunt with a paid off truck. Yes, some weeks are harder than others, but being with someone who has customer freight is better right now.. I have no complaints right now. Could rates be better? yes, but this market is crazy.
You not missing anything my friend. I been here for two months. Nothing to brag about. Always an empty trailer issue if you go to wrong receiver. Chasing empties. 😊
I worked for JB Hunt as an owner operator for 3 months until last month. Take home average was $ 1,500. That's unacceptable considering I never went home and reset on the road.
JB hunt rate suck. You have to be lucky. Now I’m looking at the board hardly any load. I’m in Fort Wayne IN only 3 loads in 100 miles. Meaning DH is at least 250 miles just to get a load.
yeah that’s what the recruiter was telling me, they don’t have enough loads right for the Independent Contractors, he say something about paying for the other load board to choose loads from there ($25 per week)
@@WildGringe777 if you’re running over the road like literally every where, $3,500 to $4,500 after fuel/ Running regional lanes $2,000 to $3,000 after fuel
@@WildGringe777 Florida based/ yes JB have a lot of loads for the company side/ owner operators and lease drivers not so much how it supposed to be, I like Landstar/ I will try 1 of them soon
Thanks for your insights. Preciate ya!

What did u do to stop ur truck from shaking at high speed?
Vibration could come from 1 to 5 components on the vehicle, but I noticed a difference when I changed the rear shocks
Wait for landstar my brother

Hi Bro! Where is the best place in Miami for drivers without experience?
If you have license already it’s hard to find work without experience, they want you to hit the road for 6 months
