I drove for nova for about 14 months and I will say if you are looking to be over the road this was an excellent company to me you gotta be ready to work tho my best week was 4900 after all expenses
There is more to a weekly truck payment when you lease. Inusrance (cargo,bobtail) and there is usually always a maintenance fund. To cover that expense, companies usually take out more than that just to cover those charges. Mine is hovering around $1600/wk for a 3yr lease. I watch some of these videos and its funny how no of them mention those cost.

I ran with them in 2021. They were great to me and unfortunately I had a wreck which caused me to lose the job. But I heard they have some issues but not bad enough to leave them. Long as you run you get paid. And I had a 2016 freightliner. Almost had it paid off

I got a buddy over there. He keeps his doors closed and still has trouble making enough.

I stayed there till my transmission went out. Had a 22 t680. Fixed cost $1980/wk fuel about the same maybe little more. Usually gross between 7k-7500. The bad: no home time if you want to stay making money. Went home 3 times in a year for 4 days and had to still do truck stuff then. All their extra PM and mid trip and extra junk they make you do. They say they don’t allow retread tires but the truck they gave me had all retread. I had to replace every tire on the truck and trailer in the first 4 months. Something always going wrong just really not worth it. They kept me negative on the maintenance account so I was always paying the $300 weekly plus usually a couple hundred extra. And my experience I only went home 4 times in a year and every time they acted like they can’t find a load to get you there on top of still having to do their extra BS when you finally did get home. But like I said the end was the $10k transmission with parts on backorder
He’s a damn lie! I just left them after three years. They told me my truck was too damaged and I would be better off getting a new one. I went back a week later to get my personal things to find out they sold it and was still charging me for it. SCAMMERS!!!!

Most of the big carriers have really good lanes however they don't have openings often, they pay well. A friend of mine drivers for Warner on the Perdue account. Iv seen his weekly statements on a Avg of 3000mi A week. He is a lease driver as well going on 5 yrs. in that lane. It is very well possible.
It really depends on the lane/region. He is acutely just a company driver, no lease, but he's a trainer so he makes his money training student drivers who has no experience@@Toz-Y

I leased a truck with PNS transport I have a 2024 Kenworth T680, After all my expense home every weekend I’ll bring home clear $2500 to 3000 a week and believe me we don’t work hard

I work for them as well but I want talk bad about them 😆 but I went through two trucks and they terminated me but experience why orientation fast 1 to 2 day but if you get a good truck and take care of the escrow and maintenance out the way you win

Nova is a clown show. I drove there a couple years ago. Dudes a damn lie. Payments way hire take home is way less. Dispatch not even in this country. They want you taking pictures or pretrip. Trucks only go 68.
Lease purchase sounds like hitting the lottery 🙏🏽💀 99% of truckers will lose out everytime while they are collecting money laughing to the bank. Best advice is save up enough to good independent on your own!!!! That’s the only option!!! Lease purchase is a scam 100% 🙏🏽 Speaking from experience! Stick to company driver and stack up! Then invest! 🤞🏽
I currently lease throguh PRIME. Its pretty decent. Only responsible for the truck. I think nova hits drivers with the truck AND trailer
