No worries about property insurance??? $13,000 a year, even when no claims and 45 minutes inland from Boca Raton, for an ordinary 3/2. Lots of people are going without property insuranc because it’s too expensive and too much red tape to get a claim approved.
Thanks for menu, prices of boats, dog situation, alternative rentals. I save your videos before vacation. By the time we go, I actually have a very good idea of wheee I want to spend my time and money.

Love that Beach Randy. We always stay at Beach View Inn. Pretty cheap with a pool and crappy breakfast but its has awesome views of the ocean. We took the trolley to Johns Pass. Awesome video Randy & Bailey

Hi! I always travel with my dog. Can you start mentioning which activities and ride services allow dogs?
With boat tours, many are vague about it. Usually if it's a small dog and if they don't bark and if you happen to have a dog backpack like I do they usually will allow it
Are any boat tours pet friendly? When we visited Fort Lauderdale we took a paddle wheel, JJ Cruise,that had plenty of room and allowed dogs. Mini schnauzer here.
I know the sooner Clearwater is not, I think the Sea Screamer would allow you to bring a dog, I think if you are able to put your dog in a back pack, they are less likely to say anything
