Great info!!
I currently live in Clearwater as a transplant and this area and the adjacent towns are very pretty but it has a price. if you’re not an angry, mean, miserable person Clearwater may not be for you. The people are very nasty and rude anywhere you go. It makes it not worth living here.
Born and raised Clearwater boy calling mega BS.
Personally, I've never been to Clearwater, but everything I've heard about it is people are 100x nicer.
@@Matp345I heard it’s full of weird Scientologists
@@musicamateur5432 they don't even live there anymore. there aren't enough of them. its just empty of all humans basically.
Great video!!
If Clearwater is not a good place to visit, which city in Florida would you recommend? Winter is brutal here where I live - need a place to get away for week in Jan-Feb!!
Great video, I like how natural you are on camera
Thank you. I appreciate that!
Hello, your video is very impressive, I come from a Vietnamese village❤❤❤
Excellent video, very helpful info, thanks! What can you tell us about Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Beach?
Thanks for watching! That Belleair video will be mentioned in a video next week. It is one of my favorite small areas! The edges of Belleair where it touches Clearwater and Largo are really similar and have access to al the same stuff.
@@LivinginTampa Great, thanks Sam! Keep up the good work!
As a lifelong Clearwater resident, I can say that Scientology has completely hobbled downtown. Maybe the Coachman Park redevelopment will help. All hail Lord Xenu.
Yeah it has created a really strange dynamic.
I hope that Coachman Park changes it. I was flying my drone over that park and Scientology security came and found me and tried to confiscate my drone.
@@deannacollay1466because it’s a cult that’s why.
Since you mentioned the bugs, I’d love to know if there are areas where this is better or worse. I went to Sanibel last week and OMG I have like 30 bites.
😳
I Love my city no matter if scientology is here and downtown is not ghost
How are the liver doctors and hospital
First video where you speak positively about Clearwater
Yeah I don't love Clearwater. Pretty commercial for me.
I'm from NY. From 77 till 83 I had a condo 440 west Clearwater Beach. Gorgeous. Wow they ruined it. Next move Dunedin or Tarpon Springs.
ITS A CULT TOWN!! DONT GO THERE!!!
God Xenu and the Aliens were able to save their Church of Scientology in Clearwater, Florida during hurricane Idalia.
You should go get a free introductory auditing session.
Lol shut up robot
You should rethink living in a cult that abuses human rights.
crime ???
Clearwater beach nice beach, horrible to get too and dangerous on weekends. We get a lot of visitors from across the bay, enough said.
Downtown Clearwater a scene out of the twilight zone, very scary very spooky. It's got Horror movie vibes. It's another planet, and Yes agian It's all about visitors from els where, and so again Enough Said.
What’s means visitors from across the bay? (I really don’t know I’ve never been there)
@@sebastianmedina5106 Welcome to Tampa Bay area, Clearwater is across the Bay from Tampa FL. As their young visitors can be trouble at the beach Weekends and alcohol. "Visitors from across the Bay."
Then don’t come to NYC you’ll be terrified. Go back to nowhere land, where the lonesome live
isnt this the cult town?
I have no problem with Scientology in downtown Clearwater. The streets and buildings they occupy are immaculate. Since Covid, you rarely see them on the streets at all. Clearly, they take pride in keeping a beautiful area around them.
No they human trafficked slaves called sea org members who work 110 hrs a week for $47 that's not pride
lol
Thinking about moving to the Tampa area next year. I’m moving from detroit and I know nothing about the area, So thank you for the videos. I’ll continue to follow your videos.
I am also moving from Detroit to Tampa!! Only 4 days for me
@@freakyantfarmgo that’s awesome! Let me know how you like it. I’m still looking for home. Tarpon Spring and Holiday is where I’ve been looking so far. Have a safe move..
@@freakyantfarmgohow are things going?
It will be the best decision of your life. I moved to Clearwater from Minneapolis, 4 years ago.
I don’t know if I’ll stay in Clearwater area for too long but I’ll never go back up north.
I prefer St. Petersburg over Tampa, and pinellas county over hillsborough county. Mainly because they are closer to the beaches. I take my kids to the beach 2-3 times a week. Definitely wouldn’t do that if I was coming from Tampa. Traffic is horrible in the entire area. So I would recommend living close to the things you want to do or living close to your job.
When my kids get a little older, we will probably be looking at Sarasota/Lakewood ranch area. The schools in the Tampa area aren’t the best, according to many parents I’ve spoken with.
@@samfolkestad1726 I am so excited for the move. My kids can’t wait. I appreciate the info. The plan is to live in a suburb of Tampa. I’ve been looking north of Tampa in like New Port Riche, Tarpon Springs, Holiday, etc. Are those areas safe? I’m a retired police officer and I don’t want to move to another city like Detroit..lol..I’m going to keep looking in the surrounding cities of Tampa/St. Petes..
Thank you
