Thanks for the video. I moved to Denver a little over 2 years ago from St Pete (born and raised) and I’m so homesick I feel physically sick. Just decided today I’m done with Colorado and want to be back home and indulge in everything Florida. Until my lease ends this is the closest thing I can get to home and it makes my heart happy, helps ease the homesickness just a little.

We would watch your videos and imagine living here. Many times it seemed like we wouldn't leave the horrible place that we were living, but then we would sit together and watch your videos and we would dream again and believe it would happen. I'm a relatively new Dunedin resident ... and you nailed it. Great video, Randy! I don't recall if you mentioned it, but Dunedin is also known as Dog-edin. From the dog beach to the ice cream cone for Bella, dogs are well taken care of here. 🙂

Excellent video. Informative and insightful. Just moved to Dunedin may 7. Do not have a car. A very walkable town and welcoming to seniors. You may want to mention hale senior center on Douglas Avenue. Lots of activities including trivia luncheons trips crafts and more. The Dunedin library is 5 minutes from the center. Both near where the blue Jay's play. You are right. Great city. However not enough mailboxes. Could hardly find any to mail my letters. We need more. 😢

Great video, spent a day on Honeymoon and Dunedin and loved it snd the entire family totally enjoyed reliving our trip with your video. There is an oak tree you showed that town woman climbed on so it wouldn’t get cut down in the early 1900’s next to the bike trail in the center 😎

Nice video my friend. As I sit here in Indiana missing dunedin every day. I was fortunate enough to grow up from our small town here called attica and to get to spend many fall thru springs in the dunedin Clearwater area. Right next to the honeymoon causeway is a place called Mediterranean manor and I grew up with a condo there and have many fond memories. Wishing I could have made it my permanent home. However over the years and family stuff I have wound up here in Indiana for day way longer then I ever planned on. Now I'm trying my might to get my girl and my 2 and 4 year old to have the ability to move to dunedin and have a much better life. The only downside of Florida right now is its current leadership. The cost of living since I moved back in 2015 to now has almost tripled. Not to mention that the religious takeover of all of Clearwater by a cult is just horrible. People my age and younger need to actually fight back and remove this evil and stop them from turning paradise into some sort of cult... anyhow enjoy the area and if u ever get are in John's pass find the winery and have urself a key lime wine freeze and a cigar...
The cost of living I don't think has anything to do with leadership, other than people moving here, some because of less regulations. More people come, the more property values rise....yea scientology is prevented downtown Clwtr from progressing like Tampa and St Pete

j fer, I lived & worked in downtown Dunedin for 15 yrs, my cottage was w/i feet of being in this video several times, lol. One thing about Pinellas Co, it's a peninsula and the most densely populated county in the State. It's a human sardine can. The traffic is massive just to run local errands and there's very few routes inland from Pinellas. I DO miss 1000 things about it, because it's beautiful and i have so many sentimental attachments. So, just food for thought, depending on one's tolerance for people and traffic! :D
I live just outside of Dunedin. Love it here. Traffic is bad, and lights are long, but everything is close.
@@debbievines9872 I used to WALK to work (Purple Moon, Stirling Wines, Enchanted Spirits. over a 10 yr span), to the bank, chiropractor, yoga, green market & restaurants, shops & events of course! I didn't appreciate that enough until I moved away from it. 8+ yrs ago and I STILL regret it!!

Feed the over heating dog
She is well feed and is not over heating. She will only eat when she is in my truck, I always have water with me and she gets plenty of water. She's very well taken care of.
