For Oasis, Aside from Lars, I think Ringo Starr, Keith Richards, and even Richard Ashcroft should induct em. They certainly deserve to be in there.
I love Oasis, I love them to death. But Blur should be there too. Both revolutionised music.

I think the interesting thing about Marylin Manson is - it’s now more of a solo act but was originally a collaborative band with 3 co-founders...Manson, guitarist SMP aka Daisey Berkowitz, and bassist Gidget Gein...Daisey Berkowitz (cancer) & Gidget Gein (accidental overdose) have both passed away...so if anything inducting Marilyn Manson would be cool so those 2 get their recognition...the overall body & artistic statement of work from M.M. I think warrants a spot.
OutKast should be hands down inducted I hope the hall of game doesn’t fuck that one up like they did with Janet Jackson
Given the list you put fourth - I’d say Oasis would be the most likely culprit to be included this year.

Since RRHOF voters selected Madonna , a few years back got to have some pop stars as well. Also missing is more new wave artists circa 1977-1992?
Getting back to the list, since we now adding in pop, new wave and Modern Hip-HOP/R&B of the 2019 Finalists here IMO should be selected in no order. I admit I am no expert on say Heavy Metal/Hard Rock and New Wave so going in as a mainstream pop music fan over the past 35-40 years or so are my selections. Feel free to disagree.

Janet Jackson(besides "Nipple gate" at the 2004 Super Bowl lol)she came out of the shadows of her brother to become one of the highest selling Pop Female Stars of the past 25-30 years.
LL Cool J. Got to have a HIP-HOP performer in there. As much as I like Mr. Smith, if were up to me, only RUN DMC and the Beastie Boys should be in the RRHOF as Rap Legends.
Todd Rundgren belongs in the Rock Hall but as a songwriter/Producer. He has only a couple of big hits in his carrer. Has been a top notch Producer/Songwriter for over 40 years.
Def Leppard-A more pop version of Hard Rock/House of Hair band. I think they get in representing this 1980's/early '90's era of Hard Rock. (I Know it's not Metal)
Kraftwerk-Normally I would say to a band that only had a handful of hits. However there are the new wave version of say the Mama & Papas a group that was only together for a short time but changed Rock/Pop Music forever. Single handily they can be credited as the fathers of techno dance music and influencing genres from Early Rap to new wave. I think this band should be selected in the builders category not as a direct musical Hall of Famer.

Glen Campbell-Arguably one of the founding fathers of 1970's/80's era Southern Based Rock/Pop in which artists such as Linda Ronstadt and the Eagles are already in. More than just the King of Pop-Country in the 1970's. Crying out loud Glen Campbell began his career as a session drummer with bands like the Beach Boys.
Dobbie Brothers and or Micheal McDonald.

Diana Ross as a solo Artist.

Dave Matthews Band-Very Underrated band of the '90's.
Whitney Houston. How is one of the most succesful and highest selling recording artists of all time is not in? She maybe pop/R&B but Whitney was brilliant.

Jethro Tull-This band has among the highest number of Grammys ever by a rock band. And they still not in?

What about Pat Benatar? She and Neil wrote amazing songs in the early 80's. She and Joan Jett were the first female rockers. Joan got in years ago. Pat had a ton of big hits, gold records, sold out concerts, and has her killer,
huge vocal range! She and her incredible lead guitarist husband Neil have been totally snubbed. Pat Benatar should finally be nominated.

Weezer and Oasis both have a legit shot. Weezer has been consistent and influenced a ton of bands and Oasis basically forged a whole music scene/era in the UK. The 2nd group would be Manson. Bush, and Jimmy Eat World. I don't see those having a real shot of going in in next year though.

I'm still waiting for Iron Maiden to have their day... but Oasis NEED to be in there! It probably won't happen, but just imagine the induction ceremony being the moment Liam and Noel reunite!

One of the best prog rock bands to ever play, Emerson Lake & Palmer, should be inducted!!! Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and Carl Palmer were so talented, creative and dedicated and have been snubbed for way too many years. I even saw Shania Twain mentioned as a 2019 candidate. OMGosh...if SHE gets in before ELP, the R&RHOF is seriously a blasphemy to true music!!!

Aailyah sorry to disappoint Dee was on her way to a great career before her tragic premature death in a plane crash. I don't think either Whitney or Mariah are in the RRHOF yet so lets start with them first. On your 2nd point, I don't think Stevie Nicks belongs in as a solo artist. Being a member of the legendary Hall of Fame band Fleetwood Mac is more than enough for her.
