@@LurizanFian So I asked around and looked at videos, it seems that it's fine not stopping at the center, to really test your wheel, go into a game for example Project cars 2, and see if the wheel really starts it's action and holds onto itself, drive in a straight road kinda slow, not full throttle otherwise your car will flip, and try to turn the wheel slightly off center and see if tries and resist you and centers itself again. If yes then your wheel is fine. And don't forget to enjoy the heck out of it!
its just because its gear driven in all gear driven wheels theres a slight amount of play and it tries to stop in center but the play allows it to go past ever so slightly

NFS heat this game is setting for arcade style not simulator like gran turismo, assetto corsa, rfactor and etc….. Maybe if try game like gran tutus o the steering may spring back to center
