EPIC GARLIC PARMESAN EXPLAINED | THE GOLDEN BALANCE

- Parmesan Garlic is my favorite wing sauce all time. There was no reason not to make it into a sandwich.
Ingredients:
2lbs chicken thighs
2 cups or so buttermilk
1/4 cup jalapeno pickle juice
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp sazon or salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
season it to your liking.
Dry batter
2 cups potato or corn starch, yes you can use AP flour
season with the same seasonings as the chicken.
Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2-1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
8 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp chili flakes
Serve with your preferred toppings. I am just giving you the tools to build your own meal ;) - Навчання та стиль

Add a potato and it will absorb the extra salt
