THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH | THE GOLDEN BALANCE

- This is my favorite way to make an amazing chicken sandwich. It is honestly so simple compared to other sandwich techniques. I love simplicity when it comes to fried chicken where every single ingredient goes a long way.
Here are the measurements for everything. If anything is altered it means that I feel like it needed the proper adjustments!
6-8 Chicken Thighs
Equivalent amount of buns and cheese (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
This is the total amount of seasoning for the buttermilk mixture
Salt to taste ( I did 1/2 tsp)
Butter milk until chicken is submerged
1.5 cups starch
1 cup panko
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Deep fry at 350 for abour 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
YUM YUM SAUCEEEE🤤
1 cup mayo
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt (optional)
Salt to taste (more if you don’t add celery salt) (I did 1/2 tsp) - Навчання та стиль

@@10MEHDI80 that's not the purpose of the month tho. Idk why ppl keep saying that.....in baqarah, it's clearly explained that it was prescribed to learn righteousness. That if you can abstain from food, drinks, and sex (all under halal means) which are all permission and necessary, then you should avoid sins which are not even necessary. It's to curb your desires. Yes, overeating is part of curbing your desires....but other than that, in one hadith, it is stated that the breaking of the fast is one of the two most enjoyable things.

I don't mind him touching it cus hes clean. Like literally all arab and indian food (malabar)made like so its a touch of perfection or idk man. But ill be totally mad if some weird dude touched my sandwich while making.

I did this before when I was making fried chicken and it made all the difference. I prefer using flour instead of starch though. Also let it sit in the flour/starch for a sec (to whoever wants to make this themselves). Great recipe man, one of the best and straight forward on YT for sure!

I found this channel today and i'm obsessed, i'm not muslim (although very interested in it) and i'm going to do the ramadan for the very first time this year. Are there some traditional meals and or favs that someone knows/has for during iftar and suhoor? Greetings from the netherlands
Traditional food differs from a country to the other but there’s one appetizer that everyone loves and eats which is samosa/sambosa(in Arabic) in addition to that we break our fasting with dates and one more suggestion is to eat a banana before starting to fast , it helps a lot with it
