    About:
    Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a rich, silky smooth Dip or Condiment packed with flavors of garlic and parmesan cheese. It is prepared with butter, garlic, milk, chicken broth, parmesan sauce, flour, and other seasoning ingredients. The recipe I have shared here explains how to make a Garlic Parmesan Sauce with easy step-by-step instructions for you to try at home. This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a perfect sauce to serve with chicken wings, shrimp, steak, pasta, pizza, and even for baking veggies.
    Ingredients:
    3 tbsp Butter
    1 cup Milk
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
    ½ tsp Garlic Powder
    ½ tsp Pepper Powder
    2 tsp All Purpose Flour
    1 tbsp Garlic, minced
    Recipe Notes:
    1. Taste and Flavor - Cooking the flour until it turns fragrant helps to achieve the best taste and flavor. If the flour is not cooked properly, it will leave an unappetizing taste to your sauce
    2. Thick and Creamy Sauce - Adding the right quantity of flour to liquid and cheese gives a nice thick and creamy texture to your sauce
    3. Chicken Broth - I have added Chicken broth to achieve a unique taste and flavor but you can also use vegetable broth instead
    4. Roasted Garlic - You could also roast the garlic in an aluminum foil for making roasted garlic Parmesan Sauce
    5. Temperature - Keep the heat in medium for the entire process of making this sauce which will help to avoid burning
    6. Custom Thickness: This sauce has a creamy and medium-thick consistency, but it naturally thickens as it cools. If you prefer an even thicker sauce, don't hesitate to increase the amount of flour and cheese to suit your taste preferences
    7. Serving - You can serve this creamy sauce over pasta, topping for pizza, or dipping sauce for chicken wings, shrimp, or steak. You can also use this sauce to bake veggies like broccoli, asparagus, potatoes, and similar others

      Approximately it stays good in the refrigerator for up to 10 days and 3 months in the freezer.

      Certainly, you may use evaporated milk in your recipe, however, it is generally considered to have a lighter consistency when compared to full-fat milk or heavy cream. Hope this helps!

    What’s the purpose for baking soda ..? If anyone minds taking a second out to explain … just off wonder … not criticizing
    I’m trying to get a thick sauce but sadly they come out watery jaja

      Hey Janelle Rush, Garlic Parmesan Sauce is made with milk, garlic, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, and some basic Italian seasonings. Especially the chicken broth gives a unique flavor to the Parmesan Sauce. But the classic Alfredo sauce is made with butter and Parmesan cheese while the customized and popular American-style version contains heavy cream and garlic. So Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Alfredo Sauce are two different white sauces with some similar ingredients. Hope this helps!
