  • 【火呼吸法】,又稱【頭顱光明淨化呼吸法】是瑜珈清潔法之一,幫助清理呼吸道、維持竇部健康、促進身體保養。在VD,我們又加入了耳壓平衡的練習,讓你一邊保養呼吸道,一邊練習Mouthfill,一邊觀察口腔內的肌肉變化。
    做完每個循環的火呼吸法之後,大吸一口氣,閉氣一小段時間,然後利用這段閉氣時間練習Mouthfill。記得,要讓你的軟顎乖乖待在中間位置嘿! 做Mouthfill的時候,應該耳朵一直會感覺到穩定、漲滿的壓力喔~

    Kapalbhati is a yogic breathing. It has a lot of benefits for your health. If you have enough of getting sinus infections, practice this every day. It is a game-changer.
    The way we do it is a little different than usual. We modify it to work also on mouthfill and equalization.
    When you take your mouthfill it is crucial you keep your soft palate in a neutral position. Keep the constant pressure during the whole exercise.
    Example of training:
    60 kapalbhati + 30s breath-hold and mouthfill
    60 kapalbhati + 45s breath-hold and mouthfill
    60 kapalbhati + 60s breath-hold and mouthfill
    This should be included in your daily routine.
