You're welcome. I have my beliefs in strength. And I truly believe we are meant to move and lift for life . Muscles should be used for any given moment
Truly enjoyed this. Not only do I agree with your philosophy of "basics", I loved your home gym and I particularly loved your narration. Made me laugh pretty hard several times. Liked and subscribed.
Thank you 🙏. I'm old school and I speak my mind and I have no filter. I say what I have to say and if People don't like it fuck it. Have yourself a great day
@@AproposOfWetSnow When I competed in powerlifting we did a lot of chains and band work. It's great for lesser tension at the bottom and as you come up more tension or more chain links the more weight is added. It's a great tool not to be used all the time but it's a great tool
The only issue I see with bands and chains are that they don't train the muscle in the weakest position, muscles grow most in the lengthened position under tension so you would ideally want more tension at the bottom of a chest press than at the top. But I see your point being for athletic purposes so might not apply. Interesting video though! Stay strong! :D
I agree with you. There are times I will bottom position dead weight bench off pins . I love trying all sorts of styles of training. That's the beauty of training . I don't limit myself to one style . I mix it up and that's why I've been doing this for 40 years . I appreciate your comment. 🙏
Great job believing in strength knowledge thanks 💪💪💪💪💯
