Trained chest for years going heavy with little to no improvement . Listened to walker explode up.. slow on the downward with a pause. Go for atleast 10. Chest has made incredible gains. The mutant knows what he's talking about

You're definitely not lazy. You work. It's way harder than a regular job. I respect your work ethic. When I lived in Colorado and went on 40 mile run/hikes I was in same boat. I had to back off. Most mileage I did in a week was 230 miles. My wife almost left me. Today I enjoy light short workouts.
