In this video, I summarise the objective of each series, as well as sharing personal insights from my own experiences and some of my favourite sequences of each series.

Excellent review - thank you. Having started with the first 30 days yoga with Adriene and just completed ‘Breath’, I was looking to see if she had made any others and was surprised to see there were 7 in all (each year since 2015) so now have a much clearer picture of which to choose next. Loving my yoga since discovering Adriene.

I have done most of her 30 journeys already.I was introduced to Adriene in Dec.2020 by a friend so I did the Breath series first. After that I was committed so I went back and did them in the order they were published, thinking I would see how things evolved in her practice and mine. I have now been doing yoga every day, consecutively with Adriene for 6 1/2 mos. I am halfway through Dedicate and have only Home left for July. I love being in her online community and on her FB group. She is changing my life for sure. Although I am not new at yoga I have never consiatently had a serious practice, doing it off and on over the years. My previous comittment though to mediation makes me enjoy her videos even more. Thank you for putting this out there to help others choose the most helpful start for them in the world of yoga. You never know just what small detail may be just what ia needed for them make a difference in whether they continue this journey called yoga or leave it behind.Thank you. NAMASTE🧘♀️

Lovely video & fabulous great overview. I found Yoga w Adriene just after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I used to roll my eyes at all things yoga... & now, 2 1/2 years later, yoga home practice w Adriene is part of my daily life! It’s been transformative, I’m so very grateful 🌟

Thanks for the video. From some videos I knew the first 30 day videos were 6 years old. But when I went to channel I could find breathe which was quite new. I'm glad I found this video. Found what I needed exactly. 😀

I’ve done all 30 day journeys and my favorite are Revolution, Breathe and this years, Move. When my friends and family ask which journey should they start with (all are good), I always recommend Revolution.

Just finished 30 days with Adriene and I am so grateful that Adriene answered my prayer to get back into my practice after being out for a year. After having a frozen shoulder for more than 9 months, I turned in to a whiner and did the bare minimum of work. I couldn't even bicycle, which I love doing, as my shoulder just couldn't take the jarring. Though I missed a few days I made up for the loss by doing double workouts. The discipline was what I needed to keep up my commitment and I'm proud of myself. I'm going to take a weekly yoga class in studio (and do two or three home practices).
Thanks for posting this. I have been practising yoga on a daily basis ever since I completed Dedicate back in 2019. I have done Home and Breath subsequently as well. Dedicate is my favourite journey as it get me started on my daily practice. :)
Dedicate was the one I started with too, and it’s remained my favourite. Maybe just because it was my first, though. :)
Very helpful thanks Jen. Ive been looking for a set of basic flows which build strenght and then flexibility, introducing the more challenging poses and stretches, as the series progresses. Not found anything like that yet.

I loved this video!! I am doing each month (i skip some Days i am only human) one Journey. At this moment i have been going strong for a year(i started due to pantemic but i end it up actually enjoying my self) now but espesialy at first i did "yoga with adriene" And "home" In repeat for the first few months. Now i want to give All of them a go for a spin In my map! Thank you very Much for this review i think it Will help a lot!

My hubby and I did all of Adriennes 30 day journeys. Loved them all but if we had to choose one that we weren’t fond of , it was the last one Breathe. We are now starting up all of the 30 days again. We chose Home first

I’m a newbie to yoga 🧘♀️ from 🇬🇭 Africa . I had an accident which left me with spinal pain. I’ve done countless tests and therapy and the they said I have to manage with the pain. A friend recommended yoga but there’s no yoga studio in my region/city. So I started watching yoga videos on youtube. The back stiffness has improved since I started . I’ve been watching your videos and grown fond of you . Good work.💪

@@JenYoga Not sure. Yet. I just realised that she also made videos for runners and I am preparing 2 marathons and one ultra this year. Might give it a go. Alternatively I guess I would go for the oldest one as it would look like travelling into the past and meet a new/old Adriene and possibly more physical activity than meditative one :-)

Thanks for this video! I just finished ‘Move’, Adriene’s 2022 30 day journey (right on time this time!) and was thinking of going back to repeat one of her past ones since I like the structure of the series, the way that each practice builds on the previous ones. I didn’t remember all of the specifics of each year and your video really helped to break them down for me! I think I’ll do ‘Yoga Camp’ again for February. I am new to Yoga and came across the Adriene's 30 day yoga "Breath". After watching your video I discovered that she had many more and with your reviews I have decided "home" will be a better one for me. But after looking at your channel I think I might try your 7 day Yoga Wake Up call first!

i really like the new one now move..it's like 20 minutes to 25. i also like home but it's longer than move. i did all the challenges except campus so i will try it this month. i am still doing 30 days of move yoga.
I did her first 30days series back when it was released. I liked it but on day 30 when there were no instructions, I kind of lost it. Haven't done since then. My practice has evolved a lot over the years in the sense that now I like more intense and longer series like the 90mins. Bikram etc.
