India is a low trust country. Its harder for users to order stuff online because of frequent scams online. Its hard for entrepreneurs to create new ecommerce companies because people frequently scam you. Unless the broad population realizes that being poor is not an excuse for stealing and law and order becomes efficient enough to punish people who steal we aren't going anywhere.
