    Key takeaway:
Use credit card only like a debit card.
Your spending should define your credit card. Not the other way.

It all sums down to mindset, if one is wise enough to use the credit card in the smart way rather than using like a maniac, he/she can benefit out of it. Doesn’t matter whether entry card or card with 5-10K joining fees.

Starting with transferring UPI on rupay based CC is a good starting point. A family of 4 can easily spend 400k a year and treat itself to a nice treat once in a while, so that's not so bad a point to consider in my opinion.

The more you talk about these loopholes in public, Credit Card companies plans to put controls over them. I've been doing all these whatever he says from the past 8 years with my 15+ cards. I've seen the controls they place to prevent such loopholes. This is not a sustainable plan. The moment companies realise they make a loss on these, they stop immediately.

    This don’t make sense
Most credit cards don’t give points for rent payment , school fees payment or insurance or tax filing etc
So basically they will give points for just basic daily usage and getting a fancy card will simply make us to spend more money on something which we would have not spent on first place. So all these points and all is a scam.
Expect for very less people who spend a lot for their travels and etc for them it might be worth for others it’s just a way to go broke.

Here, Assume if a common man accumulated the points where they can spend in a luxurious hotel for free. But the person has to spend lot if money other than hotel stay at luxurious hotel.

arre bhai.. instead of spending hours every day on this, do 2 hour majduri every day.. you will earn significant without spending anything.. getting fitness in return (saving on gym money as well)

We can’t ignore what we don’t know bro..yes work hard on your majduri but also work smart to derive more from your spending. It’s not Mehnat on a daily basis to learn the hacks..once you learn CC hacks, you just know how to use it to your advantage.

@shubhang722 but he mentioned this happened long back and he didn't start this game of points.... in USA when you have ability of buying a home worth 1 million USD but don't have health insurance then seriously it's a bad decision .... Once can go easily bankrupt with American medical bills ... my friend got a appendicitis operation during masters education where in India it's operated between Rs10k -30k all by cash the same they charged 26000 USD here and Luckily local community church helped to pay bills as we are students but that kind of amount can easily bring any one down with just one incident .... In USA good health and food auto insurance is mandatory.

Spending 50k a month is ok but. Not everywhere i can pay using my cc
Like i have to give rent by cash or upi so cc cant be used there …..
I need to send money to my parents cc cant be used there …. Daily upi transaction which is the major expense of the month cant be done by cc like amex …. And so on … so spending 50k using cc is tough for normal usage..

You suggest to pay everything with Amazon pay balance.
But fact is reward points give you shopping balance which can't be exchanged for utility bills etc expenses.
Even if you load cash in wallet directly from credit card they charge 2-3 percentage extra
