Well done Jonas! She purrs like a kitten! Great call on the proper desmog as well. Deleting the air pump will save headaches down the road. It’s the only answer for these classic cruisers. Had my ‘86 FJ60 not been repainted I would polish and clear coat it. The patina on the hood and roof give it a sense of cruiser history and character. How many miles on the engine? Regardless, this TLC will be around for years to come!
I bet u have a red hood somewhere in the yard? Then throw a nice distracting roof rack up top and presto. Wow that transformation is incredible after the paint correction
Little correction on the tires as they are All Terrain’s and not Mud Terrain’s per the sidewall. There is more space between the lugs on Mud Terrain’s.
