90% of the solution in calishenic pulling movements is always gonna be and i mean always weighted pull up
if you you cant do a weighted pull up of 35% of your bodyweight youre wasting your time
if you want to do one arm pull up and cant do at a bare minimum 66% of your bodyweight weighted pull up youre wasting your time
the true first step to learn the mussle up is reach 35% of your bodyweight weighted pull up and the second step is to practice the tecnique
and if you want a one arm pull step 1 is to build up to 66%-75% bodyweight weighted pull up and step 2 is to specify try to find the most effective way to do the movement so it requires less strenght unlike the mussle up which you can learn the tecnique in minutes that will take a lot of time you need to give your body time to adapt and become as efficient as possible with the movement cause
unlesh youre a monster and can pull like 100% additional bodyweight then you dont need efficient tecnique you can do it regardless
and by the way you most likely will be able to do a full front lever if you reach 75% of your bodyweight weighted pull up
ill say it again 90% of the solution in pulling movements is weighted pull ups its shocking of how many people ignore the immence importance of this excirse

Ok, but, yeah, You just did high pull up like its nothing. You did exact same thing as other guides :-) no progression at all. High pull up is hardcore, i can do 8 pull ups but not a single chest to bar 😢 Internet nowadays, just came from video where they instructed to bend chest to opposite side, now one flip a coin :D

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear it. I think you do something wrong - but I can’t say what just having read your comment. Maybe give yourself one last chance and try to achieve muscle up with my Advanced Course. This element is divided into levels - you can easily determine yours and know when to move to the next level. And if you still cant muscle up after my course (which I doubt so much) - you just choose between 5 more awesome elements or/and do strength trainings. I updated the Advanced Course in March and I really love and recommend it 💪🏻 calisthenics.school/product-category/calisthenics-courses/ note that I have a 50% discount on Basic+Advanced Course Bundle 😏
