If you actually want to take the pain from opiate withdrawal you have to attack the particular withdrawal symptoms. Megadosing vitamin c has many studies confirming relief in flu like symptoms of opiate withdrawal. Large amounts aren’t toxic. L-dopa is a must as well because opiates destroy your dopamine and one of the worst withdrawals is restless leg syndrome which is due to dopamine deficiency. Besides those 2 Magnesium, L Theanine, Black seed oil all have studied to back them up. A multivitamin will show little to none relief going through withdrawal
Excellent, I agree with all those, especially black seed oil. I find if you take b vits as soon as, but not before, the withdrawals start, it really helps, and very quickly. Obviously depends how addicted you are etc. potassium also helps me with restlessness.

Ashwagandha is great. I also feel benefit from L-theanine, phosphatidylserine, and reishi mushrooms

Magnesium glycinate ive heard helps.
Pumpkin seeds help raise gaba levels and main thing with withdrawal is endocrinopathy the imbalance of hormones , Like testosterone.
