My favourite prime lens is the XF30mm F2.8 Macro. It's lightweight, sharp, and capable of shooting at close ranges that no other lens in this focal range can offer. Thanks to the new 40-megapixel CMOS, the X-T50's digital teleconverter feature allows the lens to be used as a longer focal length lens. I used to carry another XF50mm/F2.0 while shooting on the streets. Now I feel like the XF30mm is all I need.

In my experience, the XF35mm is much more sharper and faster. It also has a larger aperture, It's important when you shoot in dark circumstance or you need a better bokeh. The 27mm is more compact, and you can easily carry your camera with this lens in your pocket. There people who prefer XF23mm or XF18mm too, lenses with wider view are certainly more versatile. My personal choice is the XF30mm Macro, Macro shooting is just so much fun!
