I can't believe it has taken me this long to install led headlights in the slammed sierra. I have had these diode dynamic led headlights for a long time. They are by far the brightest and best led headlights I have ever used. Amazing quality and build materials. I have used a lot of led headlights but wow. I also never liked the headlight housings I bought for the gmc sierra. I found these new housings to be the best other the the gm originals. They don't yellow as fast and seem to be very well made. If you are looking to replace you headlights on a nbs sierra or nbs silverado this is what you need to buy. In this video I show you how to install new headlight housings and led headlights in a nbs gmc sierra or a nbs chevrolet silverado.

I bought some LEDs under $40 from Amazon for my tahoe months ago and I bought some morimoto LEDs for my silverado from a shop nearby me last month and they are way brighter than the ones on my tahoe.
Yeah I can say these are the brightest I have used.
been a big fan of the channel as shown me how to work on my truck , started watching just to learn more about this nbs but it pushed me to lower my personal nbs . main issue i’m having is headlight wiring harness is a mess an been looking for a replacement, or even a diagram haven’t been able to find anything . if you could please give me a link or even a diagram that would be really helpful. thank you n have a good year

I put Denali headlights in my Sierra. Like the looks. Haven't drove it at night to see if there are actually good. Lol. Waiting on paint. Uggg.

You can add a resistor to each headlight and when you turn on your high beams both high and low will be on at the same time for and even brighter drive at night.
I have done that in the past
In 99-02 you just ground the low beams and they will stay on with the high beam

What would you say are your #2 pick is for the low beam LEDs for 99-06? I had bought some red style LEDs you recommended in a different video but I was looking to get a different set as I did not like the red reflection in the housing.

Yes I'm in Missouri. I haven't done the all on on these years but it can be done. You may need new sockets for the drl lights

Looks really good! When I bought ebay replacements for my Cat-eye they have no adjustments Lol so looking for a different brand cause I can't see at night they face straight down at the road and they meet in the middle

How are the Diode Dynamics leds holding up a year later? I replaced my faded headlights with a set of OEM Denali lights and wanted to replaced the bulbs with those DD leds you got but wanted to see how they're holding up.

Almost too bright for the camera
Bro look so good on it! I just upgraded my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 with all LED light bulbs and I had replaced the regular relay with LED relay to stop the fast flickering, the only problem I have is at night the turn signal does not blink unless I turn off the headlights or they will work if I disconnect the side corners . Is there something else I need to install ? I also noticed that signals work during the daytime.
Not sure on that. I don't use led turns
