Thank you so much @ronnisimmons9992 that means such a lot! It has been such hard work!!! We have been able to do some little jobs that have needed doing this week now so we can finally start moving forward
Wow, what a journey! It's incredible to see how much hard work and dedication went into removing all the ragwort. Also, the story of the baby mice was so touching. Thanks for sharing, and congrats on reaching 1,300 subscribers! Keep up the great work!
Oh @karenmackinnon7385 I did a whole choreographed routine and was lifted into the air, but only in my mind! We were so tired that I just sat on the floor for a bit and took it all in. Ive had the most terrible pain in my left hand since finishing it. Im hoping it will go soon. Still can't believe its gone!
That's what I thought too @ksweet696 . At first I thought voles because Ive seen a couple of dead ones in this area over the year and their tails were so short but I think they would have a next underground maybe?
@EssentiallyLivingtheDream I thought of voles, too. But I couldn't see them in detail. I bet the mom picked them up. I've had that happen in a shed I was cleaning out when I disturbed a nest of newborns. We left them where we found them, and hours later they'd all been safely moved. (Unless they got eaten, of course! 😵💫)
I really hope they didn't get eaten too. No way of knowing I guess but 🙏🙏🙏 @ksweet696 . I felt terrible when we realised we had disturbed the nest but I'll be honest, when the ground started squealing I was terrified! It was like something out of a horror movie!
Unbelievable and wonderful!!!!!!
