Wow....only a minute and something in and when i turned down the volume my tinnitus was almost 100% gone! ❤ It's incredibly close to what I keep hearing... those airpods in the ear is a big issue. wearing them for long periods every day is problematic.

there is no cure for tinnitus, you are just masking the sound...
I've had tinnitus my whole life. I don't notice it all the time, but sometimes it's extremely intrusive and disruptive. Listening to this for a few minutes makes it lessen when I turn it off. I'm going to try this every evening for a while and see what comes of it.

How did you develop tinnitus working for Nasa ? Mine started after taking magnesium supplements...not sure if that is the main reason...
After 6 years, this is the closest sound to be tinnitus. It's 100% spot on.

They say it's good because when the sound of the video closely matches the sound of the tinnitus, they gradually combine merge and blend, thereby creating the illusion that ALL the sound you're hearing is coming from the video. When it's perceived as all coming from an external source like that, it feels like something that can easily be escaped from. So the brain stops interpreting the sound as a threat, and-like an old noisy fridge that you live with for years without it bothering you-it fades into the background, and before long you find yourself just naturally paying more attention to the crap on tv. Then you hurl your phone at the wall in disgust!😆

You'll do better by just listening to your own tinnitus. It gets louder and louder, but slowly over some time fades completely from your life.
For most, it doesn’t fade but gets louder over time. I’ve had it severely for 20 years.

I've been listening to these types of sound for the last year. Hundreds of them. I've had tinnitus for 30 years, and this last year it has gotten extremely bad. This is the most uniqe, and effective sound i have heard. I will definitely give it a chance.

Hier ist ein guter Chirotherapeut der sich auf Halswirbel versteht und diesen in Ordnung bringt. Das weis keiner von den Ärzten die ich aufgesucht hatte, auch das mit den NOISERN ist nicht zielführend ich sage es hilft nur dem Verkäufer 😢

Yes tinnitus sounds like this. But why would listening to the sound of it reduce it? I don’t understand. I already hear that so why would I want listen to more of it and compound the sound? Does it reduce tinnitus? How long to listen to it. Can someone explain. Thanks!
You listen because the sound is coming from outside your head as opposed to the sound that is stuck on the inside. It's a great sense of relief, atleast short term, for most of us.

Someone at work popped a glove in my ear trying to scare me as a joke and it hurt and I felt a sharp pain and then the loud ringing. I already had a little bit of tinnitus, and now, since that kid did that. It's been so much worse. . It's so frustrating😞

I hear this but thoughts appearing outside my head, tinnitus makes it appear external sounds and voices of things. I tried everything all these sounds on here, this one hears like speaker on sound but no sound before sound comes out, I am losing my mind with voices through its my own mind/brain.

Sure it made it so I didn't notice my tinnitus but I don't find the white noise pleasant either. It also won't help me hear others because all it did was replace the noise I was already hearing. Maybe I don't understand how it works.

This is extremely close. What makes it especially good for me are the frequent high pitched beeps embedded in the sound.
Question regarding therapy. Is the goal to simply mirror or mask my own tinnitus, or to possibly cancel it out over time?

ring a ding ding almost masks my 36 y.o. tinnitus ...which went to a much lower pitch 30 years ago after taking chinese patent medicine...now " he's back " at a high pitch...taking the chinese patent medicine again, tapping, vitamin B-12 , and now I discovered MASKING and this vid is the best so far ..i took a nap when I doscovered this vid a few hours ago with the vid on that was sweet

@@Hew.Jarsol I know my tinnitus frequency is around 10 KHZ, so when a sound masks my tinnitus, it is possible that it has the same frequency as my tinnitus does. Just a guess work based on my personal experience.

My ears actually hurt while listening, as if they are exhausted muscles. That’s very much my sound, that’s what I hear all day every day but maybe with a few more cracks and pops.

I’ve been using different versions of these to sleep, this one is the closest one to what I hear all day and night. Having it as an external sound really helps me sleep better.

I would be interested to know if anyone has had success with listening to this for an extended amount of time and has it changed your tinnitus levels or even cured it. I listen to this for about 30 seconds and it relieves my tinnitus for only a few minutes. My tinnitus is very loud too.
My tinnitus started 4 years ago...so loud I would just scream and cry every day I couldnt take it....went to an audiologist, I listen to a similar sound to this. The sound I listen to is kinda like crickets . I use earbuds, both ears for 3.5 years now. In the beginning I wore them 24/7 . The buzzing in my ears has gone from a level 10 to a level 1 now. Not completely gone but enough that I have my life reasonably back. This sound I was told by an audiologist is meant to train your brain to ignore the tinnitus , by confusing the brain between the 2 sounds and eventually your brain just decides the tinnitus sound is unimportant to pay attention to. Hope this helps.

Just my opinion but often it’s mind over matter for me. Finding the right sound frequency and telling myself I’m healed. I lost hearing for all of a day and it came back. I am very stubborn and I believe thoughts manifest to, everyone different though like

this helps very much thank you... neuromodulation frequencies on UA-cam work the best, but they're not as soothing to listen to (unless masked by white noise). always looking for sounds more like this.... soothing, not too complicated and distracting, and actually provides relief

I would be interested if anyone has had any experience with an hearing aid? My ENT consultant has put me on one for my tinnitus which is at a very high level. I have had mixed results with wearing it which so far has been 2 months. My symptons for tinnitus has been advised by said ENT consultant being down to slight hearing loss in one ear

My ears I got bad ringing for as long as I can remember (53 yo) but also lately is really annoying really high piched ting-ting included going off like the end of a firework show the comes in and goes but will easily last more than 2 hours at a time. So bad that I will scream and slap my head because I want it to stop. Learned to live with just the ringing but the tings are terrible. Sometimes I wish I had no ears. Over 60% of sounds I cant hear because of the ringing camouflaging it and I can only understand what someone is saying pretty reliably after awhile and I get used them and learn their voice. 5 people can ask me the same thing and only the one I know I may only have to ask a couple times to repeat it if I can't see their mouth. I feel very weird talking to people because I look at the mouth as clues to see what I should hear. but if I've know the voice for a while, like many years, I can hear them. Like when my brain hear them it allows those to get heard separately or at least fills in the blanks most times. IDK it's really weird.
