I am now four months away from 80 years old and keep coming back to listen to Paul Harrison's sounds. Still in Alabama where lol weather changes often but it is now last of May and maybe it will settle down some in a few days. These sounds help a lot still have not found a way to get rid of tinnitus once and for all. Hope all of you enjoy these sounds as much as I have and still do. Have a great day. Thanks, Paul, for such a great job with these sounds.

This is one of the more soothing sounds with the crickets, the storm, and chimes. The noise that I have more of a buzz/roar rather than a high-pitched ring. Sometimes it seems unbearable, and I pray for it to stop permanently. Like so many others, it will subside, but always returns...sometimes with a vengeance. My heart goes out to anyone with Tinnitus.

Thanks for the soothing sounds..I genuinely know how you feel. I've spent a lot of time researching the condition since April when it first happened. I've read countless stories, many that are horrible, from people who have lived with it for years. The biggest disappointment was to learn that there is no cure. In he beginning I felt that God may be punishing me because my elderly mom complained about noise in her ears/head, and I brushed it off as though it was nothing... a real lesson and eye opener for me. I visited an ENT 3 times, had hearing tests, a scan, and was given medication that I'm trying to avoid because it's addictive. I'm sorry that I'm telling you all this. Thank you again for the help you've given and for reaching out to others. Because I've learned that it could become a debilitating condition, I pray now for everyone who has tinnitus. It takes a strong mind and will to endure and manage.

I'm the same, I've had tinnitus for a few years now and I've seen doctors, ENT's tried all sorts of pills, ear drops you name it, these natural sounds i record are the only thing that works for me. I originally made them for myself but found out that it helps others too. It's a really nice feeling when someone like you takes the time to write a nice comment on my page. Thank you and I hope someone finds a cure soon.

I had severe Tinnitus, now it's 100% gone. What I did was massage my jaw muscles, back of my head, neck and keep a straight back, let my shoulders down also did some breathing exercizes against stress.
Also chew a lot of chewing gum and make yawning jaw movements. And when chewing gum make swallow movements but be careful not to swallow the chewing gum. You can also do this without chewing gum :)
Result is that my ears unclogged, and I could hear better from that moment Tinnitus also disappeared.

I got serious tinnitus 11 years ago. Its been a tough experience
When i accepted it as my challenge in life I " kind of" felt more calm.
And I have been listening at your sound for 6 years now. I have not been listening here for about 8 months but today i needed it.
Last winter i rented an appartment in Spain close traffic, bars and lot of people talking outside a restaurant,- and it helped me not hearing my tinnitus so loud. I am lucky having my own place in a norwegian wood with lot of birds, the trees making sound in windy weather. Nature is the best healing for me. And often i think my challenge made me love the nature so much.
I have learned to live with it and and in some way it also better...incredible .
Too those of you have a tough times and are her for the first time : This is incredible help at least for me who has it like an old fashioned Tv sound....😍 Singing caraoke with Frank Sinatra is also good medicin...strange but so true.

@@danielacardozorojas1120 The one thing I can tell you is that it does get better over time. Not that the tinnitus heals or anything, but your brain finds ways to compensate and you stop noticing it so much. I can go weeks without noticing it, and then suddenly, when I'm listening to something (even a news report) and it ends or I hit pause - and then there it is. But fortunately, you forget about it after a while. Just try not to think about it - thinking about it makes it worse.

Me contagié de Covid hace casi dos meses y tuve que ser hospitalizado. Gracias a Dios pude mejorar.
I caught Covid almost two months ago and had to be hospitalized. Thank God I was able to improve. However, I was left with tinnitus and some dizziness that get worse by some sounds or stressful situations. It was very difficult at first, the tinnitus was driving me crazy. Little by little I was concentrating on my family and work. I asked God every day to give me the strength to endure it. Today, I still have tinnitus (sometimes it decreases in intensity and other times it increases) and the dizziness has decreased in duration and intensity but I still have it. This video helped me a lot, especially at night to be able to rest and sleep (with the 10-hour version). My advice is to try to ignore the tinnitus, and focus on other things. It is annoying but nothing compared to other more serious consequences that the Covid has left in other people. You can practically live a normal life. I thank God for giving me strength and being able to stay alive. God bless you all.

I suffered from tinnitus after a hernia operation like 25 years ago. I moved to Spain and the tinnitus gradually disappeared. Last month it came back it always starts early in the morning when I wake up... Sometimes I go to bed without any noise and I wake up with tinnitus. This incredibly recording helps me to soothe this evil noise. Thank you so much!!!

Decided I ain’t living with this sound In my head and whatever relief or therapy , hearing aid, operation I will take, I had my hearing tested today and my right ear is pretty much on its way out. I can’t hear certain sounds anymore. Next step see ENT to rule out tumour on brain that could be causing it called “acoustic neuroma” since I show lots of symptoms am hoping it’s just my bone structure that’s not letting the air in and out proper making me always feel plugged and half deaf. I could listen to this all day it’s really helping.

After the hole closed the tinnitus itself also disappeared or got so quiet that I frankly can't notice it anymore. Age 78 living with tinnitus for many years. Here in Alabama fall weather changes over night as mine had been low for long time but cold front set it off. Has been very loud more in left ear due to my hearing in that ear is less. Wear hearing aids that help with hearing but not for tinnitus. I end up here listening to this and get relaxed which helps. No known cure as of yet but relief comes from listening to this and maybe weather will level out some next few days will help. Thanks, Paul, for this for sure it helps me. This seems to be the best overall sound I have found. Pray all get relief from your noise.

I had severe tinnitus, after a ear operation, i was suicidal ,because it was ruining my life. A good friend of mine led me to the Lord. My wife and i went to a faith camp for a week,at the last day,a gathering of 3,000 Christians and a i was praying for healing of the tinnitus to go. The pastor shouted out someone has got tinnitus and has had it for 40 years, to which was spot on,the Lord wants to heal you,a kind of love mist come around me...nobody was laying hands on me or screaming at me for healing.l fell back in my chair with this love mist around me,and all of a sudden the tinnitus stopped, i cried and thanked God for healing me. I had this tinnitus for 40 years, and my life my walk with the Lord is so so strong now. Its all in God's time for healing 🙏.

I have come to the conclusion that there is no cure for tinnitus, I have tried all sorts and nothing works for me. Some mornings I wake up and its loud and thats it for the day, but other days its very quiet and my day is really good, I find myself waking up with loud tinnitus then trying to go back to sleep hoping its quiet when I wake up again. The other day I woke up at 5:30 and it was quiet so I got out of bed, very frustrating.

This one relaxes the ringing and moves it to the background. I have 4 maybe 5 of your uploads that work. You need more than one as one that works today may not work as well tomorrow. Then a few days later it works again. So I rotate them. Thanks for the uploads.

Omg! So I’m only 11 and I’m turning 12 this year! I found out that tinnitus was a thing today from a school test! I saw that I have the symptoms, which I have just been ignoring thinking they were normal! I’m going to listen to this every night in bed and maybe edit this comment every now and then so everyone can see my progress and if it works so they no if they want to try it!

Love Rules ofc! So for me this has helped a lot whilst I listen to it my tinnitus just leaves! I’ve noticed that my tinnitus isn’t as strong anymore and is not as loud! Also it doesn’t happen as much anymore! I definitely recommend!

Fantastic. Love this as it does help. Better than any ENT has done for us.

This, is powerful for me. I truly cant say when I first got tinnitus. But I remember when I was young I couldn't sleep without a fan on, or some type of noise. I was 18 when I first noticed it worsened. I am now 29. Suffering with anxiety, depression. Big crowds make things worse. It has affected my life tremendously. If there is anything else that can help me get through this, I'm willing to try.
