I try the recipe today. I soak 450g glut rice for 2 1/2hrs & steam for 30 mins & I only use 70g sugar for the pandan layer & rice I only add coconut milk & water(same ratio) n salt.My family love the recipe & it turn out so well.

Hi, in yr receipe there is 100ml water. But in the video itself i noticed u all did not put in the 100ml of water.
Is it the sizes baking tins is 7 inches.
i think the wider tin plates will let the rice cook faster
其实我是喜欢看这频道，但是主持人 有個解说员，話太多了，有感觉太吵了，他也讲的比主持人讲的太多，又讲糯米要压的紧紧的（讲了多次）而主持人（应该是妈妈）最后才说不能太紧，我也做过，希望解说员話少唯少点，觉得整个節目不知道听谁的好。😅
