Thanks, just cooked a pre-marinated one too. Air fryer smaller, cut in half & did 15 minutes at 400 degrees, flipped twice & then @ 5-8 minutes more. I sprayed the top with Olive Oil & got a nice char & crisp. My younger brother said it was good. Got the half for tomorrow...all mine
Thank you for this video. I am always looking for air fryer recipes that feature the same air fryer as I have, but all I find are videos that use a basket type air fryer. Then I came across your video…and surprisingly I happened to be looking for a recipe for a pork tenderloin! I will be cooking it tonight the way you cooked yours. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching more of your videos!
Went there a few years ago. Loved the park. Bar Harbor was cool until a cruise shipped showed up, then we had to go. We rented a house in Manset.. I think that is what it was called. Right on the water. Very nice vacation.
I am so pleased that I finally bought an air fryer - and especially pleased that I paid attention to the positive reviews of other users, and decided on this one ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . It is just perfect for the two of us, and takes up very little space on my small countertop. I roasted salmon filets for dinner tonight and they were the best ever - slightly crispy on the outside but moist inside. Best of all, no smelly kitchen or difficult clean-up. My only complaint would be the lack of even a few printed recipes to get started. My generation does not find it easy to access the QR code and use the smart phone app. I bought a recipe book instead, which gave me the confidence to experiment.
I have the exact same air fryer, I use it all the time. Just picked up an insta pot and that thing is great as well. Thank you for the info as I just picked up a pork loin and want to give it a shot.
Hope it works out well for you... we moved and my wife's air fryer made the cut not mine (shocking I know) but this design seems to be the way they are all going... shelves not a pot
Thank you for doing this it's a pork loin as tenderloins are skinny as center c 2:00 ut loin fillets have a different time to cook. Came out perfect the best thing is not to over cook then 145 degrees is perfect. Made the same on but from Aldi lemon garlic pork center cut loin fillet. Your Smithfield is the same as the one I bought. Delicious I brush mine with olive oil as soon as it was a little brown. Thanks for the recipe.
An air fryer is the best invention sins the wheel....and I love to grill ...but now air fryer is ..my best friend.....but I will use the grill this summer ....
@@kentmikaelsson5257 it is just us two now but I still prefer the grill.. the problem is time as you said... but i really prefer the taste of grilled food
Ya I just started getting hip to air fryers and am just kind of going around, seeing what everyone's doing. So far I love it... Some of the dishes they puts out, are phenomenal... But it's kind of like what you did here... Hit and miss You kind of haft to work with them a little to get it right.... Got the tri-tip roast down, sh** was on hit..
Either you didn't say or I missed it but I really need to know how long it took, total time for you to cook this pork roast because I have a 5 lb roast and I have no idea how long to cook this in my air fryer.
Made this video a long time ago but it think it was about 20 min. I would strongly suggest using a meat thermometer. Take pork to 140 internal temperature.
@@kellydoesstuff1925 No I'm certain at least for a 5 lb roast I don't think yours was that big, it will be more like 35 to 40 minutes I'm thinking and yes I'm familiar with the internal temperature must be for pork but thank you for replying!
@@CatT1987 doing something that bigight be tricky since you might end up burning the outside and having it raw on the inside. Let me know if you pull it off... could be pretty interesting
@@kellydoesstuff1925 The type of air fryer that I have is called a convection oven and has a large round glass base, really thick glass and then the top has the motorized part in it but it air fries, bakes, broils, you name it but I'm going to cut the roast in half like you did because I think it will cook better. I will definitely let you know how it turns out!😀
I would say we have the best tasting mascot by far... Texas shorthorns might argue but I only got one word for that... Bacon. Looking forward to the next years seasons already and what is left of baseball in the SEC... our team looks strong in a lot of the sports this year... just got to get football back to being right. Hope you enjoyed the video.
Glad you liked it. Most of my videos are grill related. This air fryer video is my most popular and I only did that one on a lark, because my buddy in south Arkansas told me about it... I did do a keto chicken tenders video the other day... they came out good.
Looks great and yummy. I have a different air fryer. I have a small pork loin and I wrapped it in bacon. I have cooked it to perfection in my old air fryer so this is a test for sure. Going by your recipe (only mine is bacon wrapped) temperature and time adjustment I hope to get a good char as yours. Thank you for your recipe.
Good luck... it came out great for me. I got another air fryer but it is attached to my griddle... so I am about to be trying some out doors recipes... again... good luck!!!!
I like the crust that builds up... if you mean you just make a little foil boat.... that would probably work in some fryers but I don't think it would work to well in this one... interesting thought though.

Nice... it is very easy mid week meal.
Thank you. I have a 4 qt fryer and will need to cut in half.
As a former chef cooker person, I appreciate how you treat the cooking as a language more than an algorithm.

The pork loin looks good. I wonder what a tenderloin would be like? They are much more tender than a regular loin like you cooked.

Hope it went well, I would worry about the bacon burning before the middle was done... let me know how it went.
4:35 “lemme get $5 on the diesel”
No additional seasoning? Ouch. It can say it’s marinated on the package all it wants, it requires more to reach maximum flavor.
Trying this tonight!
Good luck... it came out great for me. I got another air fryer but it is attached to my griddle... so I am about to be trying some out doors recipes... again... good luck!!!!
Your title says pork loin. A tenderloin is a different cut & has to be cooked differently.
Nice vid, but you should probably note that a pork tenderloin is very different from a pork loin, as you titled the video….
In air fry mode or in bake mode?
Air Fry. Very easy meal.
GroovyMoos ** thanks buddy, I appreciate your input.
No spray olive oil instead!
I just wrap it in foil and cook in the air fryer. No mess at all. Lol.

You should have done the video instead of this guy. Went about it so wrong. Poor way of cooking.
Don't cut it just bend it all the juices will leak out :((((
In that particular fryer I dont think it would fit... one of the basket ones.... it might... it was pretty juicy though. Thanks for the comment
half way point? what.... you said it is in the 160's it is done, I see that it is white, looks to dry already, pork should be medium period
Smithfield 👎
Smithfield china company do not recommend..they use meat glue to make their tenderloins

Wps
He put the temp probe in an uncooked piece of meat and then folded it up without washing it. Yikes.
